WELL, I BOUGHT THIS AS A GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER,SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!

Originally bought the medium for my daughter and returned it to TNF store where they were most helpful in convincing my daughter and I that the small would work best. Sometimes we order large hoping to have them grow into them; however proper fit is best, especially for staying warm while skiing.

I just love it how warm and comfortable it is

I ordered this for my 17 year old daughter. She squealed with delight when she opened it. This was the first time I've ever gotten it right! She did not want to return it. It fit her perfectly. She loves the color. We live in Wisconsin. On any given day it can rain, snow or be cold as the dickens. She says she has been warm and dry. The purchase of this coat has made me the "Best Mommy ever!" as per my daughter. Thank you!

I wore this on a motorcycle ride in 39 degree weather and stayed warm everywhere that the cost covered. It is very flexible and comfortable. I love the versatility.

perfect coat for all

Exactly what she wanted.

It is perfect for my area of VA. I can wear three different ways which is sometimes required in our climate.

For my 14 year old daughtet. She has long arms and torso so it was hard to find a jacket that fit. She was also very particular about the type of lining. Most jackets like this have a slipper plastic type liner in the sleeves which when you get warm sticks to your arms. This jacket has an incredibly soft liner that is both warm and it wicks the moisture away from the skin

Bought this for my daughter, she lives in a variable climate and wanted a jacket that she could quickly change when the weather changed. She got all that in a comfortable, stylish jacket. So happy I made the right choice with this one

I use my coats for everyday life, its the best

I love this jacket! We got it so I could have a rain coat/winter coat for a winter trip to Iceland and Ireland coming up soon. Being able to use it as a winter coat with the liner inside, unzip the liner and use it just as a rain coat, or wear the liner itself and have a warm fleece is wonderful!

Great jacket!

I wear it when I go for a walk and it is cold or it's snowing or it is raining. Depending of the temperature I leave the inside liner or not. It is so light to wear!

Two great jackets in one. Perfect for all types of weather. I highly recommend it.

Purchased this as a gift for my daughter; it is a replacement for another North Face Jacket. It is not heavy at all, though with the liner it should provide cold weather protection along with wet weather protection. The colors of the jacket and the liner are bright, was she would prefer. It appears to be as well made as all the other North Face jackets that we have purchased. I'm not sure, but with the taper in the body, it appears to run small--may update this review after she has received the jacket and tried it on. As with all my North Face purchases, overall I am please with the jacket.
