I was disappointed that they did not fit and had to be returned. The heel was just too big and adding thicker socks would have made the rest of the shoe too tight.

I am not happy with the fact I couldn't buy any of the shoes that had the small flowers or roses on them. in size 10 1/2 wide. I think they were really pretty and stylish.

The shoes are comfortable, but would benefit from more flexible soles.

- Sole is rigid (not flexible) however shoe is comfortable because of the memory foam. However, I haven't worn them out yet. - Narrow fit, which is not a problem for me because I don't have wide feet. - These trainers are big but narrow so they make your feet look big & long. - Inner sole is mainly pink, not mainly black like the website picture. - The shoe is black and white, why would it have a bright pink sole??? ***Customer Service told me if I ordered online I would be sent ths shoe pictured online - NOT TRUE!!! I may return for refund.*** - The pair I bought in store came without the extra laces

I like the shoes but really wish you still made Shape-Ups. They fit my feet perfectly and I didn't ever have problems with my feet when I wore them. The only thing about them, I needed, was a little more arch support. These shoes don't keep my feet from hurting. I have falling arches and my ankles are weak. I have to add arch supports so the memory foam doesn't help me at all.

Disappointed in comfort. I have many pairs of Sketchers. This is the first style that I'm not completely satisfied

Even though these shoes are comfortable enough, I would only recommend them for summertime wear. Because of the poor traction, they are not good to wear in wet/frosty weather or even on a semi-wet floor.

Back and knee pain after wearing shoes all day. The cost is fair and they are nice-looking shoes, I just need more from my shoes.

I stand a lot on my job and this shoe looks great and they fit well. But the insoles are soooo bad that after about 3 days of wearing them I had to buy new better insoles but I had to rip the original insoles out to make them fit right. This shoe IS NOT made for alot of standing.. works great if your moving around. I liked the E' Lites I had bought 2 years ago. But I can't find them now. If your not standing alot then this is one great shoe. But if your on your feet standing at your job as I do... I would keep looking

Fit good, look great BUT the right insole is too small! My toes feel like they're hanging over. Left fits perfect. Its almost like a narrow insole was put in a wide shoe :( not sure how to go about getting this fixed. I'm in Canada and believe the shoes are shipped from the states.

I have worn skechers before and loved them. But as I have aged and have problems with ingrown nails, I find they are to narrow at the toe. Thought I would try the wide ones, but still rub on toes.

I was hoping to buy Shape-Ups again but these were the closest I would find. According to your size chart I should wear a 7M (the size of my Shape-Ups). I first ordered a 7M and could barely fit my foot in them. My mother, who wears a 6.5N, tried them on and she said her toe hit the end of the shoe. So I ordered a 7.5M. The toe box is too tight width-wise but perhaps will stretch out some with wear. At least, that is what I am hoping.

I wanted a good wide walking shoe with support & comfort. A few years ago I bought the Navy in 9 W & they have been comfortable even tho that was 'before' memory foam insoles. That is why I chose the white D'lites, but it said to order up a 1/2 size so I ordered the 9.5 W. It turns out they are not as comfortable as my navy shoes - they start hurting my feet after an hour or so. I'm very dissapointed & looking at similar shoes I find they don't have the memory foam. I would like to try the 'Go Walk 4 Premier' as a possible replacement, but my size is currently unavailable. I walk on a treadmill, use an elliptical & walk stairs - so comfortable walking shoes are important. My feet are old & more tempermental than they used to be - so U can't really go by my review. I do recommend them since they are Skechers & that's practically the only Brand of shoes I wear.

I love Skechers it's the only shoe buy, but these shoes make my feet hurt after 2 hours of wearing them. They say they have memory foam but honestly it doesn't seem to have any at all.

Disappointed you no longer carry women's 10.5 size shoe. Walk 5-6 miles per day so need to wear good pair of socks, size 10 is a little short with heavy socks, otherwise, I like the shoe

These shoes are so comfortable I had to buy them even though they don't look very trim or stylish on because of their biggish dimensions. I bought them for light endurance training on paths and pavement and to wear on those extended days when traveling. In general, I love the brand but I am really disappointed that you now have so many good-looking styles that have no arch support or pronation control. I have two pairs of Skecher wedge-type sandals I have owed for 6 years that still look good and I can wear them, in comfort, an entire day because the arches have not broken down. I bought two cute pairs of trainers for traveling last summer and can't wear either without orthotics, even though I haven't had to wear extra support for 15 years. This is a trend that seems to stretch across many different brands of shoes. I don't need orthopedic shoes, just ones that aren't as floppy as slippers. Also, every pair in the store had a loose grommet so they had to be ordered.
