I guess my ankle isn't designed for this style; there was a big gap between the back of my ankle and the back of the shoe.

Cute shoe but run large. I could put my finger behind my heel when the shoe was on. Every shoe in my closet is a size 6 1/2 wide. That is the size I ordered but it was way too big. I have a wide foot and the peep toe is cute but for a wide size which I ordered, there was not enough platform in the toe box to accommodate a wide foot. My toes were hanging off the sides.

Second time trying this heel. While very comfortable, the first pair were way too big. I ordered a size down for 2nd pair, and left heel felt great, right heel felt way too small! I even checked the size thinking that I had 2 different sizes. Not sure why these weren't a good fit, usually have good luck with Zappos.

I bought these in a wide and the width was perfect but they felt like they were at least a size or more too big.

Cute style and comfy but they were a whole size too big. Had to return and get different size.

Beautiful color great heel height but strap/heel large on ankle, a bit narrow and rubs on heel side, shoe must go back.

Overpriced for quality. Slightly narrow. Very comfortable.

I ordered these for a wedding I was going to back in the summer. While the color didn't match what I needed for that outfit, it was the fit of these shoes that caused me to return them. They were SO long and SO narrow that I couldn't possibly keep them.

I got these shoes for a wedding. They are quite shiny (as I hoped they would be). I felt pretty comfortable & stable throughout the evening, but the shoes were a tad loose. My only problem is with the heel. The back of the heel cup is high so the strap goes around your ankle, but the heel cup doesn't curve in to meet your leg, so there's a weird gap in the back and it's not possible to tighten the strap enough to correct this.

These were comfy for first hour at a party....then bottom of foot started to hurt. Not much padding on sole. Also this style has been around for awhile...time for block heel or other new look!

The red is not red at all! It is a very true orange--not even coral-- I'm talking completely orange.

This is a very long, narrow shoe. I have very narrow feet, but this was too long and narrow even for me. Despite the odd fit, it actually was pretty comfortable and very stable, for the 10 min that I wore it before sending it back. The heel is shiny and plastic. Weird and ugly!

What a cute style! Unfortunately, it just didn't fit my foot correctly. The strap around the ankle needs to be a bit tighter. Additionally, the arch hurt. Last and worst, the left shoe squeaked! Ugh...

This shoe looks strange on the foot. The tapering toe area had about 1-2 inches of space so it looked like the shoe was too big. I don't think it's a sizing issue - it's more of a styling issue. Very comfortable, though! Wish they looked as good on my feet as they felt!

Beautiful shoe but had to return because they were too small.

Wasn't sure how well these would work with my dress and the price was right. However, once I got them on, they felt cheap and fit like they were inexpensive.

No arch support. Nine West is usually great but this model seems to be too narrow to hold the arch.

The heel of this shoe isn't rounded to conform to the heel. No persons ankle is straight up from the bottom of the foot. Too weird.

I REALLY wanted to love this shoe. Actually, I almost kept it but couldn't. For me, the ankle strap was uncomfortable when I walked. I loosened it. I tightened it. Still, with each step it grabbed my ankle in an uncomfortable spot. Great style. My feet were happy. My ankles were not. :(

Surface is highly reflective and appears multi-colored. I now see that in the stock photo. In real life, shoe is even shinier and multi-color is even more in evidence.

Upon arrival, the shoes seemed perfect. However, within an hour of wearing them for the first time, both heels broke off! I was out for the evening for dinner and a show, so had to break the heels off and hobble around the rest of the evening. I was very disappointed. Now I know why they were on sale.

Can't rate these higher because as soon as I put the first one on, the heel broke. I'm really angry because I needed these for the holidays.

Extremely disappointed in these shoes. They fit well and were comfortable. I wore them twice - if the second time counts. While I was wearing them indoors, the heel broke off.

These shoes are a perfect height and I really liked them until.......... on the second wear the heel fell off! Which was a problem since I was out. I am trying to figure out if zappos will exchange them. I am willing to try again because they are so comfortable when you have 2 heels.
