I love these jeans! The description about the "shaping" part is misleading. I was worried there would be extra padding on the inside but there isn't. They are just normal.

Comparing these to the 310 (super skinny) jeans: I really like the higher waist (very slimming, no muffin top) and I am a size smaller in these due to the higher waist. The ankle is not as tight, which is good for rolling up or wearing with ankle boots, but does not give that skinny, painted-on look of the 310s. I wish I could find the rise of the 311 with the ankle of a 310 in the 27 in length!

I like the pants, I guess. But the shape wasn't for MY shape. I have thin legs and they definitely weren't 'skinny' on me. Also I didn't notice any particular 'shaping' features. Maybe I would've if they'd fit my shape. I sent them back.

Ok, I bought these 311 shaping leg and thigh. The leg (calf) was way too small and I do not have big calves. The hips were ok, but from the crotch on up got bigger and wider until the "waist" which was HUGE. I don't know what "shapes the hip and thigh" mean, but they are going back. I ordered the waist (31) and it was more like a 34. I got the same size in the 712 and they fit perfectly. Go figure. I gave it a 5 star for "style" because it's a cute style, just too out of proportion. The 712 is the same style and it's perfect.

I read other people's reviews and purchased my size based on them and I could not be happier. I purchased 5 different pair of Levi's Jean's all either 27, 28, 29 in size and they all fit perfect. These are very true to size as I normally wear a 28 and purchased these in a 28.

This style is awesome. I love the fit and the length. I am 5'6" and 135 pounds and this size fit great. I do wear a belt, because they tend to loosen up a tad through the day, but I love this fit and style. Very comfy.

By far, Levi’s 311s are my go to fit! Super comfy and fit amazing!

I put these on and they are ever so comfy...whats great tho about Zappos is that after I sat in them for a moment I could not stand where they hit on my tummy. I like the med rise of the 711 as I am short and these hit right at my naval and there was no gap in the back a plus. Sadly returning the4se because the mid rise is just better for my frame. But don't let that discourage you these are great!

I love these jeans! These jeans are so comfortable and have enough stretch in them that even when I had to move in some not very jean friendly ways, I was in total comfort and had full mobility. The patch on the knee is very nice in person and I can't say enough how many compliments I received for them. The one thing I would have to day was that the waist was a bit big for me, but a simple belt fixed that right up. I love these and would highly recommend them.

It was a 711 and I order a 311, please take it back. Thank you
