The style and fit is 100% satisfactory but, unfortunately, these shoes squeak internally, so badly, that I had to return them. You could hear me walking from the other side of my 2000 sq ft office. 2 reputable cobblers said they could not fix the squeaks. Hugo boss has terrible customer service and poor quality control. Unfortunately zappos had to take the hit for Hugo boss' quality control issues.
