In allen denkbaren und beworbenen Aspekten ist die Tasche hervorragend. Und zwar derart, dass man da gar nichts weiter zu sagen muss. Einen Punkt aber, der einen nicht beworbenen Zusatznutzen bringt und gleichzeitig aber verbesserungswrdig ist, mchte ich herausstellen: Die Tasche ist innen wei. Dies erleichtert aber nicht nur die Suche im Tascheninhalt, sondern ist ganz toll geeignet, bei hoher Sonneneinstrahlung den Inhalt vor Hitze zu schtzen, wenn man die Tasche von innen nach auen dreht. Dies gilt im Besonderen fr Lebensmittel aber auch fr Elektronik. Ich fahre ein 4-rdriges Fahrrad mit Ladepritsche, quasi wie ein Pick-Up-Truck, nur als Fahrrad. Hinten zwei dieser Taschen bereinander, in der oberen dann wegen schnellem Zugriff u.a. die Lebensmittel aber auch Elektronik. Im Sommer bei starker Sonne kann ich die Tasche dann wenden, "auf links drehen", und habe eine weie Tasche, was hilfreich ist. Der Reiverschluss lsst sich noch gut bedienen. Aber, und das wre der Verbesserungsvorschlag, ein Reiverschluss, bei dem man die Lasche auf die andere Seite bringen kann, wre noch besser. Ich wei nicht, wie die Dinger heien und nenne die jetzt mal Wendereiverschluss. Diese Nutzungsart kann auch in anderen Situationen hilfreich sein. Zum Beispiel beim wild campen im Schnee, um unsichtbarer zu sein, besonders aber, wenn ich mal in (tendenziell sdliche) Stdte rein muss, wo besonders chaotische Verkehrsverhltnisse vorliegen. Dann hilft die Tasche in wei, also gewendet, meine Sichtbarkeit im Stadtverkehr zu verbessern, noch mal mehr im Dunkeln.

Minimalist Travel Bag, Excellent Design. This is a perfect bag for packing cubes. A lot of everything fits in this bag and should straps are adjustable from the top AND bottom. The color is a darker purple/fuchsia in real life. It’s a stunning color. Weighs next to nothing. I recommend this bag for carryon substitution.

(this review applies to a small, version 1 duffel, I just bought a 80L version 2) I'm an adventurer and since 2016, traveling the world to see what it offers. Skiing, rock climbing, ice climbing, mountain biking, trekking or just being a travel bum. These duffels are compact enough to carry it around whenever you think you might need impromptu storage. There are times when I was so glad that this bag is nearly immune to weather. It's internal and external profile is so simple that it doesn't get caught on stuff and handling it is straight forward. It also flies on airplanes well because it doesn't have a lot to get caught-up in the machines. True to Arc's style of simple and functional (and light). Some people won't like it because it doesn't have pockets and "features". I like pockets too, but the strength here is straight forward bulk storage. The material doesn't absorb water or dirt which turns out to be amazing for cleaning. You can just spray it down, give it a shake and move on. Get one, throw stuff in it, go adventure.

I haven't used this much as it came late for a recent trip away (I admit it was not bought direct from Arc'teryx) but is an excellent, hard wearing and very simple duffle bag No frills, packs away small but can take a hammering Looking forward to the next trip away!

Amazing little bag! Just bought this as a lightweight bag to take to Africa with me. It really exceeded my expectations in every way. Super light but really strong construction. Very weather resistant with the added genius of well placed straps and handles. I fit a surprising amount into this bag because there are no extras, so the bag really is just bag. I will be ordering the other sizes.
