Love these loafer-like suede shoes. I had bought the same pair from Arcopedico about 3 years ago In Denim blue. They are still my favorite, most comfortable shoes. This latest pair, in a really classy suede color, seemed noticeably narrow. After a bit of a struggle to get them on, and walking around the house for a while, they seem to loosen up and fit better.

Be specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

I love this shoe. I already had a pair in red from last year. They’re still in great shape, they still support my arches, and I still get compliments on them. It was time to get another pair!

love them...that’s why this is my second pair. Now I have them in 2 colors! I have painful bunions and arthritis, and these shoes are comfortable despite all that.

These shoes were completely comfortable right out of the box. My feet are a bit wide in front, but I have narrow ankles; there was sufficient room in front, and they don't slip. They are great walking shoes; they absorb the harshness of cement sidewalks. They look great with jeans as well as slightly more dressy pants. I am very glad I read a lot of reviews of different versions of this kind of shoe on Zappos; the reviews steered me away from shoes that would have been too narrow or uncomfortable, and toward this pair. Very glad for the reviews.

just took these out of the box and they are gorgeous, soft and fabulous. Gonna be my go to shoe this season xoxoxo

Would’ve been nice to get this in nice, wide size, but somehow my feet aren’t cramped in these shoes. Lots of give. Love how they cradle my complicated feet :).

I have written rave reviews for the black pair, the blue pair and now i have the red pair. That should tell you how pleased I am with these shoes. Comfortable, secure on the foot, and best of all, it has a snub toe which means i don;t have to suffer with pointy shoes. The leather is soft, the cushioning is great...I wear them with or without socks, depending on the weather and the occasion. Nothing wrong with my feet. They are a bit wide but comfy in B width, but pointy shoes just aren't worth the stress any more. I pretty much live in these!

I'm obsessed with these shoes! I have wide, flat feet and so finding loafers that don't bunch in weird places or squeeze my toes is difficult. These are the most comfortable things ever, they almost feel like house slippers. The red is beautiful, and the suede seems pretty durable. I wore them to work one day where it had rained the night before so the pavement was wet (but not soaking) and there was no visible staining. I could seriously live in these shoes!

I have not had the opportunity to wear these for any length of time yet, but I really like the style of this shoe. When I first put them on, I noticed the cushioned sole and the subtle arch support.

I have many issues with my feet... bunions, inflamed tendon, etc. In spite of these maladies, these shoes are SO comfortable! But here's the issue... sizing! It is so odd that this shoe in a size 38 in black is much larger than in blue! I ended up with the blue color, and I love it! Just be warned!

Comfortable, cute shoes for my size 10, medium wide ball of foot and narrow heel. I need to wear shoes inside the house and these are comfortable and provide just enough support and slip on off easily. I also wear them outside. I wouldn't walk a long way because I would need more support but great for casual.

minimal arch support; not enough volume for footbeds, low volume toe box. Loved the shoes but they didn't fit.

I bought the red "Alice" shoes from Arcopedico and they do feel like slippers. Very comfortable to wear. The suede is very soft and you won't need to break in these shoes. The fit is great.....I wear a 38. True to size. My only complaint is they do make your feet look a little big, but that's because of the toe box style....kind of square. There is plenty of room in the toe box, so your toes are comfy. I think these shoes would be very comfortable on long plane trips....soft and warm. I like all the arcopedico shoes....wish you carried more. Plus, they are made in Portugal, of great materials.

Comfortable right out of the box. I work at a hospital, still have to look nice but walk a lot, they are stylish. Will buy them in another color.

For the last couple of years I only wear Arcopedico as I find them the most comfortable for my feet. I purchased these for autumn and did not begin to wear them until late fall. I don't go without anything on my feet and felt wearing black socks would not look good during the warm weather. I was wrong, they look great with socks and trousers. My foot has a high instep and size 36 (5 1/2) fits me perfectly. The sole of the shoe is not typical of other styles of this brand as it is flat and more updated as a loafer should be yet provides adequate arch support.

These are such great shoes. I got them in Navy, which is more like a denim blue (which I like). They fit well, although the right shoe was a little tight. After I wore them for a day, it stretched out and was comfortable. I have a narrow heel, and so often this style of shoe falls off when I walk, but these stay on perfectly. I think this is a stylish shoe, especially with jeans or leggings. So happy I gave them to myself for my birthday!
