These are the 7th pair of New Balance shoes I have purchased over the years from Zappos and I have never been disappointed with the quality, style, fit, and the prompt delivery. 5 star service all the way.

They’re the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. Period.

Bought these for my husband who is picky about shoes. These were wide enough and were comfortable after a day of breaking them in.

So far I love them. Most comfortable shoes I’ve purchased.

Excellent running shoe! This is the 3rd time I bought these shoes and I'm still impressed with the quality and comfort. Right out of the box they required very little break in period and were ready for the road. I run moderate to long distance (5-6 miles) 4-5 times a week and my last pair held up for 6-7 months before needing a replacement. I would recommend this shoe to anyone with over pronation issues.

I was wearing my old sneakers before I tried these on. As soon as they arrived I pulled them out of the box and Viola! I love, love, love them. They're perfect. They are supportive but comfy.

The sneaker was excellent. More important, your service is truly outstanding.

The shoe was a perfect fit. The only thing I would like to see gray shoelaces instead of the white ones.

The item is a high quality item. Would recommend if you are looking for quality and comfort. If you have really narrow feet - it is normal width

I keep one pair solely for wear inside my home, another for everywhere else. Without custom orthotics they fixed all problems and are the most comfortable footwear I have ever owned. I can stand in them for hours at a time without the normal fatigue. This is my third pair and I have zero intention of deviating, ever. My podiatrist initially prescribed them and was he ever spot-on.

I’ve been a Zappos customer for years. Most of my footwear comes from you. A coworker complimented me on the New Balance 990s and asked what I paid for them. I believe I paid in the neighborhood of $ 160.00. He jumped on Amazon and found the exact same pair for $ 99.00. I’m afraid I will have to shop your pricing in the future instead of blindly trusting you to deliver the best product at a fair price . Extremely disappointed

Despite the fact that these are mens' sneakers, I (a woman) buy them because I have large wide feet and need to fit custom orthotics. I wear 10W in womens (without orthotics) but if I get 10M with these, the orthotics fit perfectly. They are sooo comfy and despite the price tag, are well worth it IMO. Plus, if you're like me, you're usually restricted to ugly grey or black....every single time. Sooo exciting to have color!! This is my second pair of these and I love them!

Need to order about 1/2 size larger with New Balance than your normal dress shoes.
