I wear a 11.5 4E so it’s pretty hard finding shoes that look good and fit well. I bought the Castle Rock Grey pair 7 months ago and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

the first pair my son is wearing, the 2nd pair for my husband. Very comfortable.........

I bought this for comfort. I have bought 6 pairs and end up returning ALL of them except this one. My son is picky and comfort shoes is a MUST when playing sports. He normally wears 9.5, but we bought size 10 wide and it fit perfectly. I am buying a 2nd pair for my husband.

I wear 11 in Made in USA running shoes these 11.5 were just that half size too large which made the fit a bit sloppy. The same NB shoe in 11 fits perfectly. I’ve noticed that the made in China shoes run 1/2 size small so if it’s made in China I order and usually fine a good fit in 11.5 size.

AT FIRST, HAD A REALLY HARD TIME FIGURING OUT HOW TO LACE IT AND THEN IT FELT A BIT TOO SMALL....SNUG. BUT AFTER WALKING AROUND FOR A WHILE, IT'S PERFECT.

Best shoe purchase ever! I am 210lb ,6.3 feet and this shoe fits perfectly. I have tried many other brands like Asics, Nike , adidas ,etc 990 is the most comfortable of all.

I used New Balance width and length chart, and ordered that size based on my largest foot. Fit is excellent. Shoes force a flat strike, limit my tendency to supinate.

These are great shoes- definitely comfortable and hold up running miles and miles.

I am in my 70's and as we all know balance becomes a little more challenging as we age. This shoe restored a lot of my balance as I walk. I try to walk 1-2 miles daily and this shoe took me to a new level of comfort and stability.

I’m a large man, 6’2”, 285 lbs. I’m a server in a busy restaurant, I’m on my feet anywhere from 6 to 9 hours without a break, and covering anywhere from 6 to 9 miles a night. My last pair of shoes, granted, were worn out and my feet extremely sore at the end of a shift, even sore the next morning. Without break-in, the first night in these shoes were heavenly. Third shift was tonight and my feet are continuing to feel better. On a side note, my right foot is beyond caveman wide due to jamming my big toe and developing a rather large bunion. The 4E shoe is barely wide enough, my normal foot is pretty wide to begin with. My other ‘normal’ foot also loves these shoes more than any shoe I can remember. Knocked a star on style because I’m pretty much too cool, but the all black satisfies even my picky taste.

Perfect fit. If you value your feet, spend the money to be in these sneakers.

I have tried other brands but always come back to this shoe for quality, fit and comfort. I don't run any more but this is an excellent walking shoe on both hard surfaces and rocky ones. On rocky trails I find that the rocks are absorbed due to the firm mid-sole. I wear them with a mid weight sock and they fit very well. A little pricey but knowing they fit and wear well makes it worth it to me.

My go-to workout shoe for years now - I basically order a new pair every 6 months. I’ve even started buying the different colors just as everyday sneakers given they have great support for feet/ ankles.

Just got these to replace an identical pair my husband has been wearing for years with inside cushioning just starting to break down. He doesn't run, but does use a treadmill and active on weekends. 4E accommodates bunions. Looks like NB has replaced this shoe (yet again) with another, more expensive model. That's the only problem I have with NB - they keep "improving," i.e., making changes to justify increasing the price.

My husband is on his feet ALOT and these have been a tremendous help to make it through the day. He said they fit really and he likes them a lot.

Fit and size are perfect. Buy some insoles, because these have little arch support.

I did like these shoes, just not as much as the Brooks Beast 18. They fit like a glove but the arch support wasn't as good for my overpronation. But I'm considering getting them as a back up to my Brooks.
