shoe fits wonerfull and is very sturdey....you will be happy with the shoe

I have a medical condition this is a only kind of a shoes I am able to wear without any problems. It have a Willey good support for my feet. I wish the price is affordable for the everybody.

Of all of my previous shoes I have worn, my made in Usa new balance shoes is comfortable and durable for heavy duty tasks.

It appears that NB's shoes that are again made in the US have regained their quality. The QC or the shoe-sizes over the past few years has been poor; I believe that all the shoes I bought in that time-frame were made overseas. These shoes are again true to size. They were expensive, but I believe they were worth the price. I'll continue to buy NBs that are made in the good ole USA,

Just want I needed. I had to replace my current shoe and this one was everything I needed. Stability and support.

Bought these for my Dad and as soon as he put them on, he said they felt great! Good for support and even just as a walking shoe!

My feet are narrow and the 990v4s are the only one I have found to fit. Hence, they're extremely comfortable for walking (I walk 5-7 miles each day). Had them a week but I am very happy with the 990v4s!

These shoes are so comfortable, that soon after getting my first pair I got the second pair. My foot is wide, and this is very important to have them fit just right.New Balance offers these in 2E and other width versions. I can say with confidence that these are the best running shoes that I have used! Excellent product!

Just brought this for my father and he loves it. It's great that it has support and comfort all in one. The colors are conservative, great for the older gentleman who's not into the flash as much. Definitely worth the price to see that smile on his face.

I found the New Balance shoes improved with the higher number of shoe on the shoes. 608 is not as good as 860s. I bought two pair of 990v4s (Gray on White & Black on Black) an Love them. I am 68 with tired feet and these shoes please me.

I had a very similar pair before that lasted me over 20 years before I wore them out. I probably have 10 more pairs of New Balance shoes, since it is the only wide shoe that fits me perfectly.

I have worn these for almost 5 years now. Best shoes for daily workout!

I love that these sneakers offer the most stable support system for my feet. They also never change in the fit and color scheme making ordering much easier.

I wear an 11 B shoe. To be honest, really an A but with an orthotic and moving up 1/2 size, perfection. I had been wearing Brooks for the last 6 years for running, walking and work. I have purchased my 4th pair of the 990 because it is flat out the most comfortable and wearable shoe. I walk 3.5 miles every morning before work, then slip into another pair just for work and I'm golden. My only fear is you're going to make some small tweek and I'm going to lose this model. If you decide to do so, please email me so I can buy up whatever inventory I can afford. Love the blue, love the grey, give me one more great, fun color besides black! Awesome job on this design.

My husband has been wearing the 990 NB shoe for years. I finally found it, and expected it to be a gray shoe. It is white fabric with extremely light gray suede. We will keep it because its summer, but it sure looked like the darker gray he has been wearing for years - on the web site. the style #s keep changing, wish that they had kept the same style #. The local store where we used to purchase his shoes has closed, so the internet was our only choice.
