I had a kinder procedure on my right foot last year. I work at a hospital I knew I was going to need good arch support i went into the NB store in Garden city galleria they fitted me with this shoe and I'm amazed. Now almost a year after my surgery my foot feels good it doesnt hurt I enjoy going to work and working 12hr and 16hr. I agree with the workmanship the first pair i bought the seam broke. I took it in the store they sent it off to get fixed they did a horrible job. I called costumer service they replaced my shoes. For the amount of money that they are worth they should be durable.

I always get diffent NB shoes and clothing. I must confess they have the best quality to me because they last forever. These wide ones I got are definitely my favorite, very comfortable, durable and very casual for any activity. I love the details, nice big American flag, made in the USA and perfect color balance combined with reflecting parts that will make you visible at night. I been wearing NB for over 25 years. Thank you!

These shoes are EXTREMELY comfortable, and true to size. I got these in January, and wear these things ALL day, every day. 6 months later, they're almost like new. Great shoe! ALSO... Zappos has been GREAT to deal with. The first shoes i ordered (a different brand) just didn't fit well. Zappos immediately took care of the problem, I ordered these shoes instead , right there on the phone, and they got them out to me the very next day! GREAT group of people to deal with.

I've been wanting a pair of 990's for a good while now. I finally bit the bullet and am glad I did. I am not a runner but wanted a good quality athletic sneaker made in America. These feel great and appear to be high quality. As always, ordering from Zappos was seemless and the shoes arrived super quick!

These are the most comfortable shoes I can find. I'm working on my fifth pair of 990s and they keep improving them. I find the size true, neither large or small.
I wish they'd use color-coordinated laces, I found gray ones that go much better than the included white cloth ones.

Having a narrow foot for a man, A or AA, this shoe fit perfectly. Having owned a shoe store for 40 years, I am always looking for footwear that is narrow enough. As 1 width is equal to a half size I went one size narrower than normal, but ½ size longer. It fit perfectly. It is very comfortable, putting a spring in my step as I walk. I found the sizing perfect. I was hoping for this style in RED and would buy a couple more pair if offered. But, I will enjoy this pair. Highly recommended and they look good on my feet. The pair I ordered was Black/Silver.

It appears that NB's shoes that are again made in the US have regained their quality. The QC or the shoe-sizes over the past few years has been poor; I believe that all the shoes I bought in that time-frame were made overseas. These shoes are again true to size. They were expensive, but I believe they were worth the price. I'll continue to buy NBs that are made in the good ole USA,
