I’ve worn NB shoes literally for decades. I no long run but because I have a unique foot size and I wear orthodics, I will most likely continue to purchase 990’s because they work exceptionally well for me and they last. The only problem I have with the shoe is the cost. My last pair were under $150 and they are exactly the same edition as the near pair. No new upgrades or styling. This is a NB choice not Zappos’.

I normally have a very hard time buying shoes, but these fit like a dream. I usually wear the New Balance 574s, but the newer version did not fit me as well. Even my older 574s had a "breaking in" period, but these 990V4s immediately fit perfectly. Size and width (EE in this case) were perfect! Highly recommend these shoes.

These shoes are so comfortable and well fitting that I ordered another pair now. I absolutely love them and they are always in style with jeans and walking shorts. It doesn't feel like I am even wearing shoes that is how comfortable they are. I've never been disappointed when I shop with Zappos.

I've been wearing your made in America shoes for over 30 years. I've loved every minute of it.My favorite story about your shoes happened in South Korea. I wore my NB made in USA shoes in a new balance store. They were literally trying to buy them off my feet. Due to a medical condition I've had to buy 6E width shoes. I don't know what I would do without you. Thanks

I've owned many pairs of M990s and the Covert Green are my favorite so far! They feel great on my feet and I love that they are made in the USA. Well worth the price! I'll probably buy another pair in a different color soon to alternate wearing them on different days. They fit my feet well. Very pleased with my purchase.

I’ve had several pairs of the 990v4, they never disappoint! This pair was a little more green than brown (I personally was hoping it was the other way around) but it’s still a great shoe.

I actually loved this shoe and it was somehow better than the one I bought in black. I guess color does matter? The arch support was great for me as a runner as well as the days I had to go straight from work out to work. I stand all day in my service job so this shoe does twice the job. Will buy again.

My feet have been hurting. I got my new New Balance and most of the pain is gone. Incredible support and fit. The 6E is perfect for my wide feet. Honestly, the best running shoes I've ever had.

I've been using NB 990s since my days in the military. Great arch support, great materials. I'm an 11.5EE and I ordere 11.5EE. They are a tad large. But great to run with. Love these shoes. Will be a lifetime customer.

Excellent right out of the box. Put them on and did 4 miles.
Not my first pair of 990s though. I think this was my 4th or 5th pair.
Previous 990 problems (from a few years back) have been solved with the V4 model.
BTW... 14D's felt true to size with a little wiggle room at the toe.

I am really enjoying my new shoes.
Bought one pair for workouts and another for walking to work 2-3 miles a day.

I can put upwards of 11 miles on my feet a day at work. These shoes ensure that I come home and can still stand up without my feet barking at me. The 990's are incredibly well made. I have had the same pair for over a year and a half with no issues. I originally found these shoes because I needed more support for my feet due to an old injury that causes one foot to require solid arch support. The first day I wore these, I knew I had found an amazing product. They work well for running as well. No foot pain.

Love these shoes. True fit and extremely comfortable. I love the subtle green color but I have to be careful because I find myself admiring them and not watching where I'm walking. I am a happy camper.
