Its a decent shoe. It seems to run a bit narrow at the top though. I am on my feet all day and broke them in over the weekend. Non slip works good too as I didn't slip walking on a wet floor so that's a plus!

I ordered the Pewter Snake in my regular size of 7.5W. Once it arrived, I thought the shoe was true to the color on my screen. The footbed felt very comfortable on and I could definitely image wearing them all day on my feet at work. However, they were just too big on me and would slip off my heel with each step. I also didn't care for the thick white sole which seems popular right now. It made the shoe look clunky to me, so I decided not to reorder and try a smaller size.

Liked this shoe very much but the wide width was not wide enough. I normally wear 7 1/2 EE but I took a chance on the 8D. It would have been absolutely perfect to wear with my church usher's uniform. Very very disappointed that I had to return.

Really doen't fit. It is too long and not wide enough. Disappointing

I really liked these shoes but the 6.5 (my normal size) was too short and the 7 was too big. Otherwise they were super comfy and cute!! I wished they had fit better but just weren’t meant to be!!!

Super cute shoe. Sad I had to send it back. Ordered a 9.5 W like normal & the back of the shoe was too large & it wasn’t wide enough where I needed it.

These are cute in person, but they run narrow, and short. There does not seem to much cushion at all, and they have minimal arch support. Not was I was looking for.

I bought these shoes because they are listed as skid resistant. I work around tile and concrete floors with water, grease and many unknown substances. These are not skid resistant and I do not trust to wear them anymore because I have slipped several times now. Would not reccomend if purchasing for skid resistance.

Show was tight

Way too wide in the heel for a women's shoe. No arch support and cannot remove insoles to slide in orthotics. Cheap look and feel. Would not recommend for anyone who stands for 8 or more hours.

Super cute style but weren’t comfortable at all. Within one one hour of wearing these at work, I got blisters on my heels and toes.

These shoes sent to me were absolutely FAKE! Not the real brand. They were so uncomfortable that I would be ready to cry but I kept trying to stick it out... that is until I had the opportunity to feel what they feel like when you get them directly from the company. Completely different. That was my first and last time using Zappos
