I find that these shoes rub the back of my ankle, around the Achilles and have not broken in after a couple weeks. I can't really walk more than an hour in these shoes.

The folding part of the tongue has stitching on the inside that rubs the top of the foot in an uncomfortable way. I have had a Biom pair from Ecco from 4 years ago and the the same tongue folding material had no stitching and was very thin and comfortable.

Infuriating. I ordered these to replace my beloved ECCO Yuras, only to discover that instead of laces they have an annoying stretch tie with a slide-clasp thing. This was not evident from the online pictures because the slide-clasp thing had been carefully hidden by the photographer. I feel cheated. These are going back.

Long time Ecco sooe wearer. These are a bit narrow and have an uncomfortable lump under the ball of the foot. Style is very nice though.

I own several great pairs of Eccos... but these just didn't work out. They're waaaay more narrow in the foot than other Eccos in the same size. Maybe it's because they have a drawstring lace so the shoe was designed tighter around the foot to compensate? I'm an 11.5 and size 45 is way too tight. Too bad, because the style is great and it had the potential to be the perfect travel shoe.

Ordered the wrong color and tried to change the order within two hours but Zappos customer service can't change an order, only cancel it (?) so I tried to cancel online but got a system error. Called customer service again but was told that the order couldn't be cancelled and I would have to wait to receive the item, return it, and then order again in another color. Now waiting almost a week to reorder just because I wanted to change the color of the item. Ridiculous policy and customer service system. If I didn't have a gift cars, I'd shop elsewhere and never do business with Zappos again.
