These are my go-to socks for running/triathlon. I've used them for everything from training runs and cycling workouts rides to Half Ironman races. The fabric feels great, dries quickly, and perhap smost importantly helps prevent/minimize blisters. The socks have a nice amount of compression/arch support - more than the Nike elite socks. If you're not used to having some compression, they may feel a little tight at first, but that's how they're supposed to fit. The size guide is pretty accurate. For reference, I wear a size 10 women's and wear a medium; my boyfriend wears a size 11-12 men's and wears a large.

I love the fit and support of these socks. I can definitely feel the arch support, which I need due to high arches. They are very comfortable around the toe box but nice and snug through mid foot. No rubbing or chafing. Great color scheme too!

They are thin and I am used to thicker socks but when I wore them with my cross trainers I love them! They don't slip down and they are comfortable. I would defiantly order them again.
