Super cute! Well made but also very heavy! I wear a size 8 but my toes hit the end of the shoe and a 9 would be too big! Had to return for that reason.

I knew it was going to be short that style is by design. I bout 1/2 size larger and the shoes are still too short. I think I can wear them. They are no frills flats, not much padding in the innersole. I am older so my feet aren't padded either. I like the quirky design and color, turns out the darker edges on the shoes are purple. Fine by me. I have lots of purple clothes. Just order larger and you should be OK.

SO darned cute, BUT...super short in length, even for my short feet, and absolutely NO arch support at all, which was very surprising. Add 1/4" in length, and lay in a proper footbed with an arch in it, and these would have been my every single day go to flats for fun and function. So close! Going back. :(

Had to return my usual size. Went up one size and now will need to use a heel pad insert, but I'm ok with that because they are ADORABLE and soft as slippers. They do seem to stretch out easily because the leather is very soft. I have another pair of stiffer leather shoes, also L'Artiste, perfect in my usual size. Love this brand!

This shoe is very cute and would probably be comfortable to someone without foot and back issues (hence my 4 star rating for comfort); unfortunately, I have arthritic feet and had to return them. That said, the shoe felt tight in width and seemed to run a little small in length. Given that I ordered a size 37 (6.5/7 per the online description) and a size 6.5 almost always offers a perfect fit for me these shoes seemed to be more of a 6/6.5. But again, they are very cute and appeared to be well made and would probably offer enough support for someone without foot issues.

These shoes are adorable and the leather was so soft. I returned them because they were swimming on me- very big all the way around, but especially in the back- heels just slide off.

These shoes are so cute, and that makes me sad because the biggest size they come in is too small for me. I usually take a 41 in European sizes, but these are too short and tight. Booooo.

This shoe is beautiful and I wanted to love it. I wear a 40/9m ALWAYS. These shoes were way too short. My foot was smashed into the shoe which was very uncomfortable. I couldn’t stand it on my foot bc it was so small. These are beautiful looking and the leather is very nice. Bummer for me!

I bought them in red size 35 and they fit, still a little wide but fine. I got the black and they are too big & too wide

They're adorable flats. The red is beautiful. My only issue is the flap in the back on the heel. It rubs and gave me a blister.

Super cute shoe, with more support that you might be expecting. Soft, comfortable sole would probably be very easy to wear all day, but unfortunately this shoe feels 1/2 to full size smaller than normal, and a little narrow as well. I'll be returning.

These are absolutely adorable. I love them better in person than online. I normally wear a size 7 so I ordered 7.5/8 and my toes were up against the front of shoe. I have to return and order next size up. Very comfortable

This is definitely a cute shoe, however, as other reviewers stated, it runs short. I have never in my life ordered a 10.5-11 size shoe and my toe was still touching the end of this one. So sadly, they must go back. As an added note, I ordered another shoe from this same line in my normal size and it fits fine. Go figure.

I purchased the same size (40) in red and blue. The blue is stubbing my toes it is too short while the same size red fits perfectly. I've worn the blue a couple of times hoping they would stretch however the rubber sole curls up the front, making stretching the length impossible. So I'm stuck with them. They are absolutely adorable, and too bad the sizing is so off from pair to pair.

These do not stretch upon wear. I got the next size up and they still have a blunted feel at the toe due to the sole curving up around the toe.

This is my fourth pair of Spring Step shoes. I ordered the same size in all four shoes; however, while the first two fit perfectly, the third pair was a little tighter, especially in width, and this last pair was a full half size shorter in length! This is causing me to wonder if Spring Step is making their shoes smaller these days....I LOVE this style and have the next size in my cart. I would love to get an even exchange if that is possible.

Gorgeous, well made shoes but short and wide. The shoe felt half size short - my big toe was jammed at the top, but I couldn't go up in size because the width, although marked as medium, felt extra wide.

The toe box was quite narrow and the rest of the shoe was quite wide. Cute shoes, but they're going back!

I wanted to love this pair of shoes, but for my foot, they were not narrow enough. I can get away with some M widths, but not in this shoes. They are we'll constructed, but I planned to do a lot of walking in them and I didn't feel much arch support. All in all, I love the shoe, but just didn't work for me.

I loved the shoes, but one size was too small, and the next size up too big.. I feel like little red riding hood. Anyway super cute, and i wished they would have fit, but have to return.

No true to size. Ordered a 42 (10/11), which is my size. Shoes is half sizes too short. Really cute though. Too bad it didn't fit. They should offer a size 43.
