This is the third pair of Cruisers I have ordered. This new bronze color was so pretty in the picture, but when I received them, they were more of a gold color than a bronze color. Also, all the pairs I have ordered had to be returned because they were too big. I would suggest joining Insiders so that you can return shoes if they do not fit, or they are not what you thought you were getting. I am currently sending back my third pair because they were too big. Comfortable shoes if you get the correct fit.

This shoe is so cute! Very comfortable from day 1.

Love the look, but sadly they didn't fit me well. They were too wide causing them to gap open at the area that would be the center of my arch. I am absolutely in love with the shoe itself, but since it didn't fit me well I took off one star.

When the shoes arrived, I open the box and found them to be a very beautiful shoe. However, when I put them on the heel of the shoe is not firm enough, and I felt like I was walking in flip-flops. The shoe was true to size and fit my size 10 foot however I was looking for a shoe in which I could use for work in which some days I'm walking 15,000 or more steps a day. I couldn't have my heels slipping out of the back of the shoe. To say the least, I was bummed and returned the shoe. What I'm really bummed about is that you all don't have an exchange program I would've purchased a different type of shoe from you, had that been available. So now I return the shoes and you've lost the sale completely and unfortunately I'm looking for another shoe other than one of your shoes..

These are super cute shoes. I wish they were a little tighter.

Completely in love with these! I was unsure what size to order, as I wear one size in boots and a different size in tennis shoes, but after chatting with customer service, I went with my tennis shoe size, and could not be more pleased. They fit just a little tight, but stretched perfectly after the first 20 minutes, and now are quickly becoming my favorite shoes.

Honestly some of the comfiest shoes Ive ever had. They take about 60-90 minutes to initially break in but then theyre super comfy. I love how many colors they come in.

I'd strongly suggest you try these on somewhere. With the perfect fit and athletic socks, they are amazing and good fun. However, if the fit is off or your socks are too thick, they will slit off your heel. They are super cute and I get a lot of complements. Quite comfortable, but I prefer the Hilos for their thicker cushion.

I loved these shoes. They seem tight at first, but dont size up! The material stretches. They are cute and comfy.

Love the fact that the shoe is made out of recycled bottles. Should have order 1/2 size a bit bigger

it was a little to big in the heal for my foot other wise it was Beautiful shoe

Uuuugggg, I love these shoes. They are so soft and so cushy, but they will not stay on. I bought suede shoes so a full grain leather might not have my problem. I've tried these shoes in 2 sizes; in both, my heels slip out. As far as I know, my heels are a B width (default size). The problem is material/structure. First, because they are suede, the leather is too malleable weakening the structure. Plus, I know it's going to stretch out even more as they are worn. Second, the heel is cut low with a small "V" in the middle of the heel, exacerbating the poor fit. I'm not sure the elastic straps are helping the situation either. There is just too much flexibility in the shoes. I am torn between returning or keeping them. I mean they are so cute/comfortable, I'm considering going to a shoe cobbler to see if they can remedy the problem. I bought sizes 5.5 and 6. They are true to size, the 6 was perfect in length. The 5.5 was on the line but workable- if only the heels

This was my first pair of Ariat cruisers and I am in love with them. I got so many compliments on them. Im definitely going to buy more.

My teens are obsessed with the Ariat Cruiser. Tons of color options to complete any outfit, casual yet trendy, fits so comfy, and can dress up or dress down with this particular style. They also wear in well and dont easily wear out. Worth every penny. Get a few pairs!
