Beautifully made shoe. Really disappointed that they are too big and there is not a smaller size for me. Order half size down for a better fit.

I love the cruiser shoes and have worn my first, all leather, pair very frequently. My new pair arrived today leather with canvas design and they are cut different. The length is the same, toe box comfortable but the heel is so wide I can't keep them on. :( I ordered heel interest... Hopefully this works. Slightly disappointed.

I like the look and comfort of these shoes, but returned them since the heels slipped with every step, and I walked out of the shoes. I wear a size 9, but that size was too big for me in the suede version of these shoes. I will try a half size down.

Adorable shoe and well made, however my normal size 10 was just to sloppy. My heel slipped when walking and the shoe was too wide. Having said that, my foot does tend to run on the narrow side. I wanted this shoe to work, but unfortunately it has to go back.

I went up a 1/2 size since these are narrow. That didn’t really help with my slightly wide feet, they were just too long. Also, when I took a step, the top of the shoes under the ankle area would gap open. They were cute and my best friend loves hers. They look great with skinny and boot cut pants. But sadly that didn’t work for me. They seemed like they were made ok. Some of the seams on the top were questionable.

Adored these shoes - nicely created and the “Mexican blanket “ colors were vivid. I tried 8.5 and the toe seemed snug. Tried the 9 and though the toe was good, there was heel slippage. They don’t have a lot of contour - almost slipper like- so didn’t really do any favors for my feet. I really wanted them to work but sent them back.

Think slippers. Cushy insoles, but no arch support, soft heel. I like, but reserving one star for price vs. structure.
My feet are long and narrow and I can never guess whether an 8 or 8.5 will be best, so I ordered both. There was little noticeable difference so I kept the smaller size because I know these shoes will stretch. I may end up replacing the insoles for some with arch support. We shall see.
I got the palm brown ones. Love the white stitching and shots of turquoise makes them look fun. Pretty sure these will be the ones I’ll wear till they look like road kill.

I've had my cruisers since winter, wearing a day or so each week. Love the comfort and design, can't figure out the fit. My foot slides to the front of the shoe( which then pinches my toes, so I stuffed the toes with wool roving). That helped with the slide but the heel portion being sewn so it leans forward seems to be the issue. As you can see from the photo, the heel leather begins to sink straight down leaving a "bump" out the back of unused shoe. I'm going to try a half size smaller in hopes this fixes the problem. Not sure why the design of the heel leans so far forward rather than straight up?

I first ordered an 8 1/2 my normal size and they were wonderful except my toe on one foot was too tight, so reluctantly ordered the 9 and it was greatly too large. My feet came out with every step and they gapped on the sides. So sending the 2nd pair back today. Love the shoes and wanted them to work so much. Oh well.

I ordered the black leopard shoes and when I got them the leopard part of the shoe is actually super shiny silver glitter. Which would be great if I had something that matched but they don't match anything! So now I just have a pair of shoes sitting in my closet that I'll never wear

I am bit dissapointed that they are not really comfortable. The arch in the right shoe seems a more stiff. After repeatedly trying them on I feel they might soften up and work. I have boots that were immediately comfortable, so these dissapoint me .

The length of the shoe is fine. The forefoot was a little snug for my high instep and slightly wide foot. The issue I had with this shoe was the heel. The heel was wide and my foot slipped out. I am returning the shoes because I fear the heel will stretch out too much. A very nice shoe otherwise.

So disappointed with this shoe because it was too small! I don’t quite get it, because based on other reviews, many said it ran large. I am a size 11, size 10.5 at times when I can find it. Definitely a half to a whole size small. Definitely a very cute shoe though and seemed like it would have been comfortable and durable.

I own 6 pair of these shoes. No kidding, I wear them Every. Single. Day. And have for more than 7 years. They are unbelievably comfortable for an every day active lifestyle. I work outside a lot, do a ton of walking, and my feet feel great at the end of the day. I'm not sure what I would do if Ariat stopped making these cruisers!!! They are my absolute favorite part of my wardrobe.
