The boot is rich in the rosy red! Based on reviews, I ordered 1/2 size larger - need to return for another 1/2 size up. My Ariat Heritage Lacer (great work boot) and Billy Boots are both size 8, in this Darlin I need a 9 as this boot seems to be shorter from the heel to the ball of the foot. My regular shoe size is 8.5/9 narrowish.

I love them! Had to exchange for my regular size.

These boots are just what I was looking for. They are comfortable and true to size. The arch hits in the right spot and my feet are happy!

Perfect! Just what I wanted. I was concerned that they might not fit properly; sometimes boots don't work well for me. I shouldn't have worried. They fit well, look terrific, and are very comfortable (of course).

I love Ariat boots and these are no exception. I ordered a full size larger than I wear in dress shoes to compensate for the pointed toe. They fit well with thicker socks which is what I prefer for boots. The color (Burnt Sugar) is great and the style works with jeans and skirts. These are fantastic going out boots. I've worn them multiple times in the few weeks I've had them.

My son is getting married in Texas and I bought these boots for the wedding. They match my dress perfectly, are incredibly comfortable, are dressy for the wedding and yet great with jeans. For some strange reason the right boot is tighter than the left so I just wear different weight socks in each boot.

Beautiful, nicely made. Definitely runs small and a bit narrow. I usually wear a 9, ordered 9.5, am exchanging for a 10 in hopes of a good fit. 3 stars for comfort in this regard, but hopefully the next size will put it to 5 stars. Zappos service, as always, impeccable.

I bought these boots for my daughter. She had a taller pair of Ariats but I thought these shorter boots would be a great gift. She loved them and because of the pointed toes needed a 1/2 size larger. She says they are very comfortable and she likes having a zipper on the side to make it easy to take on and off.

I am 65 years old, these are my first "cowgirl" boots and I love them! I ordered a half size larger so I could wear socks, and they fit wonderfully! I got medium width and my toes have plenty of room, something I was concerned about. I have some foot issues, but these boots are surprising comfortable. Love the burnt sugar color! I've had them a couple of weeks, and have been wearing them a lot. Am I ready to mall walk in these all day? Not now, but who knows after they're a little more broken in...

These were a gift for our Daughter's birthday & she has not stopped wearing them since the day we gave them to her. She has many pairs of cowboy boots & yet she continues to wear these. She said they were very stiff the first couple of days, but they are comfortable now. Most of her cowboy boots are Ariat. Hope this helps.

These are a terrific everyday boot. They're high-quality, soft, and comfy from the first wearing. I like the leather finish, and they're simple but not too plain. Beware; they really do run a half-size small. I'm a 9.5 and had to send them back for a ten, but then they fit perfectly.

Took these wonderful boots out of the box and put them on and want to keep them on. Ariat creates wonderful products. I own several pairs of their shoes as well as boots. It is hard to find a product you can continue to love!

Beautiful boots. Deep shade of red. Sadly have to return because too big, even with heavy socks. :-(

I don't think I've ever had a pair of Ariats I didn't like, and these are no different. I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly. Really cute boots!

These boots are awesome! I usually wear about a C width. However, these fit like they were custom made for me. Side zipper makes them much easier to take off compared to my taller cowboy boots. The color is a deep cranberry. They are beautiful and with the Ariat name I know they will last a long long time.

This boot is "Darlin" not just in looks but in fit as well. The last time I had a pair of cowboy boots, the heel was a problem, but these boots are comfy and very wearable! They look amazing with shorts, jeans and dresses to give it that funky modern urban cowgirl look. I danced in them and walked for at least 6 hours comfy the entire time!
