Size and arch support are good, BUT the sides of the shoe are slightly too high and rub painfully against my ankles. Moreover, it seems to have other features which are uncomfotbale to my feet.

I bought these for my husband, who wears a size 11. He really liked the look of them when they arrived and was excited to replace his trusty old Dockers, which were very comfortable but extremely worn out. He wore this pair one time and the shoes rubbed the back of his heel so badly in just that one time, that it shredded the back of his heels. It took weeks for the sores to heal. Unfortunately, we had already tossed the box out, so we are stuck with these shoes. A huge disappointment!

About 2 months into wearing them, there started to be a strange gap appearing at the intersection of the tongue and the inside stitching of the "vamp" on the right shoe. Over time, the gap widened and the tongue began to tear horizontally away from that interstection. Finally, on 12/23/21, the gap and tear became too great to continue wearing the shoe. There is no similar problem with the left shoe. I believe it's a manufacturing defect. I'm going to seek compensation for the short lifespan.

I returned the shoes because the leather was far too stiff and my heels kept slipping out of the shoes. These Dockers were nothing like the four of five I previously owned. When do I get my money back you received the package (UPS tracking) four days ago.

Awful. The first time I took them off the inserts came out of the shoes with my feet. After several iterations of that the inserts got creased and wouldn't fit in. Instead of gluing them I removed them. The interior of the shoes - the part beneath the inserts - is now crumbling and my feet are black with residue. It's almost as if the souls are made of thick cardboard. These shoes are garbage.

TLDR: In my 20+ years of wearing boat shoes these are the worst I've ever had. Positives: they look good and have functional laces. Good price too. Negatives: the first time I slipped out of these the insert came out with it. There might have been three drops of glue by the ball of the feet that were holding it in place. I reinserted it and it happened again. By the third time the insert was creased and no longer functioned. I threw it away. Most of prior boat shoes did not have inserts or they wore out and I removed them. On these shoes however, the inside of the shoe is made out of some material that I would best describe as pencil eraser. As I walk around it slowly disintegrates making my feet black! I literally have to wash them after each use. It also makes it incredibly uncomfortable as the shavings inside the shoe create friction as I walk. I am afraid what would happen if they got wet. Anyway, these shoes are cheap and horribly designed. They look good but function awfully. Avoid at all costs.

Very stylish and fit was good. However after walking for several hours, the back blistered the back of my upper heals. This is intolerable. Am returning.

I really enjoyed that the shoe gave me a firm fit but still allowed my feet room to breathe. And given the arch support I could stand far longer than in other shoes. The shoes were just as stylish as they were depicted can't wait to buy more.

Husband liked the shoes, liked the fit and has been wearing them!! He hates to shop for anything, much less shoes. So, I am very happy with this purchase!

really like these shoes, especially the look, very nice color. Fit is also good for my wide foot. They were the least expensive of this style and I am glad I chose them instead of the more expensive ones.

After years of wearing a similar shoe from Bass and not being able to find them without paying almost 3 times what I thought they were worth I decided to try Dockers. It turned out to be an excellent choice on my part. Good price, great fit.

The shoes themselves were fine, and I was happy to see them in my size and width. It's just that I have a very wide foot and arch issues, and my special orthotic inserts didn't fit well in these shoes.

Been wearing them for years.

My big toe pressed against the end of the shoe so i had to re-order as 1/2 size larger. Width was fine. Nice quality craftsmanship- especially for the price!

True size!

The shoe is good quality. Just what I had expected. The sizing for me runs a bit large. I usually wear a size 11, but had to return for a size 10.5 which was not in stock. Got a size 10.5 Docker Vargas from another retailer that fits comfortable with socks.

Too short.

This is a repeat purchase, basically a yearly replacement. They are tight, to begin with, but stretch out in a couple of weeks. Eventually, they feel custom fit. If they could be re-soled they would last forever, though look a bit worse for wear.
