I am so grateful that I was able to return a size 7 which was too big for the 6 1/2 which is a much better fit. I ordered the 7 because I had the very same shoe (different color) in a 7 and it fit perfectly. This 7 was way too big. The 6 1/2 is "roomy" but the right size. Knowing that exchanges are easy will make me more confident in ordering Zappos shoes on the net.

I love the quality and color. However, I have bunions and found the fit irritated them.

I am completely pleased with my purchase. I had spoken with your rep named "Kate". I was returning one size that was too large and though the size in that particular style was not available, Kate helped me with another of which I'm very pleased. I might have missed this altogether.

I had to reorder a size smaller than I thought I wore. This is an old style shoe but it is completely in style and as comfortable as it was 15 years ago. I am very pleased with the price, the material and the colors offered in this shoe. It will always be a favorite that can be worn year round.

these have always been fabulous flats. The style is timeless and looks great in all colors. I just wish Zappo's carried MORE OF THEM in different colors.

I was happy for finally find these shoes since I have gotten them in the past and couldn't find them. These shoes fit well, true to size and they look like they always have. As to the wear, I can't yet speak to that but will sign on again if they don't hold up like they used to. Thank you Zappos for carrying them.

order 10.5 W. The fit was fine, and the leather was soft. I did not like how the widest part of my foot hit behind the front leather, making my feet look even wider. It's more an issue with my feet, not the shoes

Thank you, Zappos. I exchanged a 71/2N in Navy which was big overall for the same and the second pair fit perfectly. Zappos made the process so easy. My first order was a Navy pair and Black pair. The Black was perfect the Navy - NO! It must have been mislabelled. Now I have both with the right fit. This shoe has been my go to shoe forever and love it. Classic and comfortable.

I love the Bandolino Liberty shoe and always wear a 7 1/2N. I ordered 2 pairs. The Black was a perfect fit. The Navy was too wide - it was overall big on my feet though marked 71/2 N also. I even tried the Navy on with socks - no luck. Regrettably I need to return the Navy pair.

I have an "easy foot" and often buy shoes online. These were stylish and true to size. I try to stick with brands I know and Bandolino is a brand I trust.

Exactly the look I was going for but not enough support (foot rolled out), even with my orthotics. Will try the navy in wide to see if that works. Soooo close, sooo close.

I purchased these shoes for work back in the day when they were made by the brand, Enzo. I just loved that they were plain flats that went with everything. I have been looking for a replacement for my black, and navy flats for a couple of years now. Was so thrilled to find that Bandolino continued making these same shoes under their brand name. Not really much arch support, but they will definitely fit the bill when I need a pair of flats.

These feel like I'm wearing slippers! Very comfortable and VERY true to size. The only negative is that they aren't very "businessy" and I am looking for shoes to wear with slacks to client offices. These will work, but was hoping for something more "businessy"....these are more casual.

I love these shoes and I have always worn them through the years . I haven't ordered any in a few years until now. They were at least a half size too big and I ordered the same size I have always worn. I am returning the shoes and will order a smaller size.

These are go to shoes for sure. I ordered a narrow by mistake and realized the narrow’s seem to be a bit smaller in length. The mediums are not too loose and seem to be just enough larger to work. I can be a 10.5 or an 11. These were 10.5.

I am a size 11 but in this shoe, 11 was slipping off my foot. I reordered a 10 1/2 and that fit perfectly. This is a great shoe for pants and dresses. Casual and comfortable.

These are great looking shoes. Unfortunately they are too tight across my toes and do not come in a size 5.5W.

I usually wear a size 10; ordered a 9.5W because another reviewer mentioned the shoe was narrow. The was to big and slipped off my heal when a walked around. Ordered a 9M and 9W; the 9W fit perfect! I found the 9M was to narrow and my big and little toe began to ache. Overall I will keep the the 9W because they are comfortable! Can't believe I had to buy a whole size smaller.

Absolutely love these shoes! I wear a 7.5M and they fit perfectly. I have plantar fasciitis in one foot and I've had absolutely no problem wearing these all day. I got the walnut leather and it's more of a taupe color but works well with my wardrobe. I plan to buy a pair in black and maybe navy as well.

Love these shoes! Fit was great, especially since I have wide feet. Very comfortable and no 'breaking' in time needed.

Size, color and fit are fine...just as expected. Will be able to re-heel when needed. Would buy more from this website.

These are nice shoes but I was not crazy about the color. Just a personal choice. It is pretty but not for me.
