I purchased the Matisse Caty boots in white croc leather with black heels for my daughter, to replace some other white boots that wore out. Fit is TTS and she absolutely loves the trendy Western-influenced style, and can’t wait to wear them!! They will be a true statement piece with not only jeans, but with dresses as well! Thank you Zappos for the perfect white boot!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these boots!!!

Really love this boot! I wear a size 6 and originally I ordered half a size up to a 6.5 because of other reviews but ended up returning them and getting my normal size. If you have narrow feet I would suggest not sizing up. I have them in Ivory and black.

I need to preface this review by saying I’m not one to take the time to write a review. These boots are perfect! I do not have a sedentary job but decided to give them a try after receiving them. I had absolutely NO ISSUES or “break-in” pain as is typical with typical cowboy boots. So comfortable and beautiful! Matisse is definitely a brand I will buy again! Thank you, Zappos!

Very comfortable right out of the box. Love it.

I am normally an 8 1/2 but ordered one half size up, as well as my normal size, due to the fact that it is a pointed toe. My normal size was tight all around, so I kept the size 9. These are Beautifully crafted and Super Chic! Well worth the price!

These shoes are exactly what I wanted! Something different but subtle. Modern day cowboy boots. Love them.

Absolutely love these boots! Many people recommended sizing up because the toe is pointy, but I ordered my usual size 8.5 and they are perfect! The top of the boot is a little tight, but not uncomfortable even with jeans tucked in.

These boots are SO comfortable. Like immediately out of the box great. I ended up not keeping them because I couldn’t get the color right. Initially I ordered the Ivory color. Zappos updated the color now on the website after I called, but the Ivory is actually gray. Sad. I got the white with black sole but was a little more of a “rocker” look than I wanted. I ended up getting a Ivory pair with brown sole that we’re J. crew, but these are definitely more comfortable. I think I’ll still have to get them in the snake skin bc they’re so cute and feel great. I’m often closer to a 10.5 in shoes and the 10 in these fit perfect.

Very unique shoe (snake leather--had a bluish undertone) and fairly comfortable right out of the box. Great size at the ankle--not sloppy or too tight. The leather was a bit stiff and bunchey around the ankle and the style made my foot look really long so back they went. Thanks Zappos for making it so easy to try things on!!

Beautiful boots, fit true to size. Unfortunately I had to return due to the fact I couldn't zip them all the way up on my ankle. I have never had a problem with short booties fitting, these were really small.

Specifically, the Tan leather: When zipped, the circumference at the boot tops offered very little flexibility for my (normal) slim legs. Too snug at the top. (However, others in the Caty style have been fine for me!) Also, the tan leather finish could have been a bit richer in application, for elegance.

The shoe is super stylish and the material is amazing. However, this shoe's neck is very slim and is suffocating. The shoe is not an ankle bootie but sits around mid-calf. The shoe does not fit for someone who has bigger/athletic calves. This shoe would look and fit great for someone with slim calves or smaller ankles.

I so wanted to love these boots but they were so tight around my calf that they actually cut the front of my leg. For perspective- I have skinny calves. They’re a beautiful boot. Run true to size. Zappos was awesome about the return

Everything about this boot is nice other than the very skinny ankle, lower leg portion of boot. Very disappointed.

This is an absolutely gorgeous ankle boot. It was exactly what I was looking for. However, it felt like putting my feet in torture shoes. My feet hurt within 5 minutes of walking around the house in these boots. Sadly I had to send them back.

The opening on these boots is way too tight for anyone to walk in. To achieve the snug look this level of tightness requires there should have been an elastic vent. I have thin legs and my lower calf measures 8”, and I could not walk in these boots no less just stand without being in pain. The Caty model has the same problem. It’s a real shame as the boots are so pretty.

Very cute boots but the shaft if just too tight!! It hits me in a funny spot on my shin and it hurts. FYI / I have narrow calf so I’m not sure who these work for

I have these boots in 2 other colors and I love them. This pair in the same size was too big and too wide across the toe area. Really disappointed, I really wanted a black pair.

This boot is impossible - the shaft is just way too tight!

These boots looked great and fit well. The problem is the sole of the shoe is represented as leather. It is not. The sole of this otherwise very nice boot is of man-made material making the boot feel cheap. I live part-time in a snowy, slushy climate. This makes these boots almost dangerous as they slip and slide when wet.
