I am a flip-flop queen but unfortunately this brand does not fit my needs. The two biggest issues are the material between the toes. That is very uncomfortable and the flat surface has no arch support. I would not recommend these flip-flops.

Shoes came damaged, chipped on tip and one stretched out completely

I don't know what Zappos has done to this shoe- I have had many. These were the most uncomfortable flip flop ever!!I left the other pair in a hotel room they were so bad

I have worn Havaianas for many years. I have noticed lately the sizing is not consistent. Ordered the same style and size that I had previously and these did not fit.

Terrible fit - the straps are so huge they don't even touch your foot

Most uncomfortable flip flop sandals I've owned. The thong part will tear up the skin between your toes.

The worst fit ever. The straps sat about an inch above my foot. Looked like they were stretched out, but they weren’t. Very ill fitting.

I am a regular size 8 in flip flops, but this brand 7/8 are too small while the 9/10 are too big.

These are on the 7 size not the 8 size of the 7/8. Bummer as I took the tag off right away not thinking. Run small!
