I am extremely disappointed in this luggage set. The dimensions of the luggage are completely OFF from what it is presented in the product description. The body of the luggage is actually almost 2 inches less than what Samsonite claims that they measure. The weight is not accurate neither-- 28" one weighs 1 lb+ than what it is advertised. Quality has been compromised as well. The interior lining is cheap and thin. No pockets and no Samsonite logo. The handles are not solid. The metal bars are also lower quality and wobbly. There are not even resting points on the sides of these. I do own a Samsonite set which I compared to this one and you can see and feel the quality discrepancy. For some reason, this Omni PC line does not have all the qualities I expect from Samsonite. Still awaiting for return approval... BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Got it for sale and it was a good price and speedy delivery,but when you open the box you may be disappointed about the cheap quality. Found out the size is matter for most of airline comapanies too and tried to cancel it but the website didn't access my order and customer service never answered for help. Very disappointed.

Considered an oversized checked bag on all major airlines I've researched thus far. The norm is a linear max 62". This bag is over 65". Why didn't Samsonite make this an air-travel friendly large suitcase? Such a waste.

Bought two a couple months ago. First trip no problem. The second trip I was carrying the luggage down my stairs and the top handle broke off. The bag then fell down my stairs damaging my walls. Very upset with this product and how cheaply made the handles are. And after only using them once. Would not purchase again.

The suitcase was exactly what I needed. However as soon as I put weight in the suitcase one wheel stopped spinning. Sort of defeats the purpose.

I brought this for a week long trip. Arrived on time and in good condition. I normally pack the night before and close my suitcases the morning of travel. In my horror the outer zip busted before I could close the case. Case was half empty. Thankfully I had a backup case on standby otherwise a delayed lost vacation. To say disappointed is an understatement . I've always recommended Samsonite products perhaps it's time to look elsewhere. Returning the product ASAP!!

Dear Samsonite Customer Service Team, I am disappointment and frustrated with the quality of one of your products, specifically the Omni PC medium spinner that I purchased recently. I am a long-time supporter of Samsonite and have always trusted the brand for its durability and craftsmanship. However, on my very first use of the luggage, the handle broke, which has left me dissatisfied with the product.

Second time I've purchased this one. Both had the same issue. Trying to fill out the repair request form and it won't submit the request.

Wheel broke after one trip and customer service has been terrible.

The zipper broke open on my first trip with it. I got it at baggage claim and the zipper was gaping open. I'll be returning it.

Poor design missing needed handle on side like most other luggage

Christmas present for semester abroad in school. Literally, when at the airport, in lifting this "sturdy" suitcase out of the trunk, the top handle snapped and broke. Have no choice but to awkwardly carry this large suitcase up stairs, etc. with a broken handle for 6 months.

Arrived with the zipper broken before 1st use. I am going to presume this product is no good for travel if the zipper is already damaged! Promptly returned

I bought this to carry my PC case which is 16.25"x13.5"x8". The internal dimensions of the suitcase are clearly listed as 19"x14.5"x9.75" and it did not even come CLOSE to fitting the PC case which on paper should have had inches of room to spare. Shame on Samsonite for the misleading information.

Purchased the Omni PC Spinner 28. On our first trip with this spinner, one set of wheels came off. Now we are stuck and have no way to return the suitcase. We called customer service and we don't get through. Don't buy this luggage , the Samsonit 10 Year warranty means nothing.

The handle on the large bag broke before we even got to the airport on the first use. I paid a premium for the samsonite name and ended up with junk.

The handle didn't work. It would not pull up out of the locked position. The sides of the suitcase were flimsy which I didn't expect. I returned the suitcase. I still haven't received my money back. Very disappointing because I love this brand and name.

The bags are ok. The customer service and hassle I had ordering them was the poorest ever. Recommend only if in the fittest of your health. One of the worst customer service (as in zero engagement on 4 queries ). Would not do it again

I thought the item I ordered was a 2 suit bag. Instead it is a huge travel bag. Unfortunately because you cant return an item ordered on the internet directly to one of their company outlet stores I was told I would have to retun it. The cost of shipping it back is almost 50% of the purchase price. Not good! I am stuck with a bag I cannot use because Samsonite can't or won't accept me returning the item in person to one of their stores. I really desire an exchange but they say.. items purchased online can only be returned to theur return center in Florida and thst simply is cost prohibitive. No more online purchase from Samsonite!

Horrible product and service. You should know that it costs more than you paid for a return. Shipping takes forever and even though you don't like the product you ordered, it doesn't make sense to return it. Never purchase again.
