Somewhere along the line, Vivobarefoot decided women's shoes should be narrower in the forefoot than they used to be. Holding this shoe up against an old pair of Vivobarefoot shoes in the same size I see maybe 1/4" difference. I would be fine with that in normal fashion shoes, but in a barefoot-style athletic shoe where part of the point is to allow natural movement of the toes...nope. Other than that, this is a nice little shoe; super light and the styling with the contrast mesh is cute.

I wear size 9, and always order size 40 in Vivobarefoot. Despite the customer reviews that this shoe runs small and/or narrow, it is a perfect fit for me. The toe bed fits roomily and not snugly at all, even though my feet are on the wider side. This is my fifth pair of Vivobarefoot shoes, and I am thrilled with them. I travel a lot and they are very slim and packable. I have had low arches all my life, and the Vivobarefoot shoes have built up my arches. It sounds unreal, but shoes with arch support actually weaken your arches by making them dependent on support. Wearing barefoot shoes helps you to strengthen your arches. The Primus Road is also a very pretty shoe with its pastel colors.

I love these. I wanted something super-light and thin to take on trips and not have bulky running shoes hogging half the space in my suitcase. They fill the bill perfectly. They are very comfortable, though, you have to be into ultra-barefoot experience, since there is no cushioning at all. They are much cuter than your average running shoe or sneaker, too. My only quibble is that I wish that they did not have stiff, waxy laces; why not something in more flexible cloth? I hope the Vivo Barefoot people are reading this!

I like these shoes because they are unique, but you have to be into running shoes that have no support to get into these. I used them for travel and they worked perfect on the beach and around the town. Great buy

I love these shoes! They fit perfectly and truest have that barefoot feel without the fear of stepping on random glass or sharp stones.

Very much in line with other minimalist running shoes I've purchased in the past from Vivobarefoot: fits snug, feels as close to being barefoot as you can be. I really like the visual style of these more than most of their running shoes in the past few years. Which is why I will return these and try them in a smaller size. While I have always been a 38 (7.5) in this brand (for like 7 years) these easily were a half size or whole size to big. Will try the next size down and report back. Order a size down!

I own several pairs of Vivos, including an older road shoe very similar to the new Primus. I bought the same size, but the Primus is HUGE comparatively. The color is pretty strange with the white inner portion. Looks clownish. I had to return these.
