Was really looking forward to receiving these. I work for a tech company and was looking for something on the dressy side of casual for the office. Unfortunately, the right shoe is defective and it feels like there’s something wadded up and sewn into the heel cup. The left shoe did not have this problem and was perfect. I did like the look of the shoe but I was disappointed to see they were made in Vietnam. For this price, the lack of quality control is unacceptable. Glad I purchased from Zappos and they make returns / exchanges painless. Disappointed in Cole Haan

I normally wear a 12, but 12 was too big. I have another set of shoes that are the same brand, and had to go a half size below normal to get a good fit. Shoes look good for the money and are comfortable.

Excellent fit

The Orginial Grand Venetian fit was just a hair loose, but its ok. It looks good and feel comfortable. It can be worn for work, casual or semi-formal. The construction and workmanship are also good.

they were a little darker in color than I wanted , but still a great shoe.

Very lightweight. True to size and width. Loose in the heel (if not for this overall score would have been 5 stars.) Most important is that there is no seam along the outside of the shoe.

The original grand series are all comfortable but this was the first time I'd tried it in a loafer. It looks good in the photo but has a strange old-man shoe type look once I had them on. The slick leather wears well not like other brands and the soles don't give out too fast. Like but not love.

The back is too low!
