I hadn't worn these boots long and the toe started changing colors. I treated them similarly to both more and less expensive leather footwear. I'd had no exposure to solvents, or extreme weather. The leather continued to change color over time. Unfortunately, this wasn't a gradation or similar to a burnish it was spotty and unsightly. I experimented with shoe cremes and other products I've had success with but it took the color in unpredictable ways. I love my other Cole Haans but this was my first try at their leather offerings and I'm doubtful I'll try again soon. I hope this was a one-off and everyone else fairs better.

I bought these boots to replace an older version. The leather is cardboard thin and it doesn't even feel like leather. The quality has really declined. However, they are comfortable. I got these at 60% off, I'd never pay full price.

Leather quality isn't great, slightly better than another cole haan line I purchased during Black Friday. I don't think the shoe will hold up after a few weeks of use without appearing to have heavy wear, you can feel and tell quality isn't durable The lace quality is literally the worst I have seen on a new shoe. It felt and looked like it would fall apartment after a few uses. It's acceptable if you need something to wear 1x use like a ceremony (wedding etc), daily use would be very short lived. They might hold up for a few interviews, doesn't feel like something you can wear regularly even if you rotate shoes. Leather seems like it's just good enough to get your to buy/keep and after a few weeks regret the purchase. Cushioning feels decent, I have better. Overall an acceptable event shoe to wear it a couple of times a year, overall I wouldn't recommend and will return..

The quality of the leather is not what I expected.I own several pairs of Grand O's shoes and this one isn't up to standards.

I ordered these hoping they would be the same quality as my Zero Grand Chukka Boots from 2020. They're nice BUT, they are not nearly as comfortable as my old ones. My Cole Haan sneakers are fantastic though. I'd recommend finding these in person before buying online.

Nice shoe however not as comfortable for use on a long day. Laces become loose after a while scuff easy

Not same color as what was shipped. No burgundy as was hoping for

When I wear the shoes it gives me pain under my feet. Hear about Cole haan that's why give it a try but did not like it.

Shoes ok, but first pair had some discoloration and second pair seems worn before and had a scratch. I sent back the second pair because the replacement was worse than the first

Stop bothering me. The shoes didn't fit well.

Nice looking shoe, quality not what I have had with Cole Haan in the past.

Laces Break upon first few wears

Had good expectations on the shoe, as everyone pointed out the color is different from the picture. Sole is not flat, it has a bump, and my feet lands exactly on the spot. Very uncomfortable, tried placing a insole on top of it, but still the same. Thought of buying other design and dropped of the idea due to the insole design

Cheaply made. I had older versions of these and they were my favorite. I still wear them and they're 7 years old. These look like they wouldn't last 7 weeks. I returned them

The quality of the exterior is poor---paper thin. The show feels quite cheap.

I bought this shoe and it did not look anything like what is advertised. Very unhappy with this shoe!

Runs so large. Have to exchange for a smaller size

Unfortunately, the top of the boot hits me in just the wrong place, right at the junction between my foot and leg. It rubs me there every time I take a step. So, I will be returning these.It's too bad, because they look great and (otherwise) feel great.

I ordered 9.5 but 9.5 is like 10.
