so disappointing. The most expensive shoe I have ever ordered and the letter on the top band was so stiff, it was painful to try on, never mind walking....The insole was very comfortable though

I wanted these to fit straight out of the box. Based on reviews, I chose to order a size up. They were too big, but also, on the interior left sandal strap where you velcro the leather together, there is a very sharp piece of stitching that poked into my foot and that hurt! For these reasons I am returning this pair. I still have hopes that my actual size will fit me, and I will place an order for those. Please note the left sandal is defective due to the stitching.

Sized up as recommended. This shoe has no arch support like my previous mephistos. Very disappointed

I have 10 pair of this shoe, I typically llove them, but the stitching on this pair is sharp and irritating so I am returning them

I first ordered my usual size, 9US. They were oddly too short in the toes. I reordered size 10US but the arch support is misplaced too far towards the back even though, now my toes no longer hang off the front. They are quite uncomfortable in that. I will return them and give up.

First pair was too small (sz 39)… so I returned to exchange for sz 40….. I received ANOTHER pair of sz 39! Returned them… have not been credited for either pait

These shoes did not come in their shoe box - the 3rd time Zappos has done this in the last couple of months. And one of the buckles was missing. It’s a great shoe, but Zappos is really missing the mark. I purchased the same pair elsewhere. In fact I now have 4 pairs of this comfortable shoe.

Short foot bed! I ordered the next size up (8). Seemed comfortable trying on and walking around the house. However, after using them, I found my toes extending over the foot bed while walking making it uncomfortable; the arch support also hit in the wrong spot. Since I wore them, I’m stuck with them. Expensive error.

Returning. Runs very small. Disappointed in the quality. Would expect more from the brand and with the price tag. You could go get a pair of these at Target, they are that cheap.

Did not work for me have high arches and arch fit on ball of my feet. Extremely disappointed as they are so cute and very stylish. For the money they hurt and still my feet hurt they day after

These are SO short! I always wear a 7.5 but that wasn't an option so I ordered up a half size and got the 8. They are still so short my toes hang over the edge. I want to love these, color is perfect. They are so easy to walk in and so comfortable. But it looks silly with my toes hanging over the end. I can't go up another size as they would be way too huge and flop off my feet. VERY disappointing, especially for the hefty price tag.
