Needed another pair of Ugg slippers and have always shopped Zappos...these were GREAT right out of the box! I have plantar fasciitis and fibromyalgia so the support, warmth and comfort is AWESOME!!! True to size, as described there is some dye running BUT not crazy! As always Zappos comes through for me with my indecisions making returns and credits so easy! LOVE you guys!

Uggs are always a pleasure to wear. They are warm and soft inside. These are mainly indoor slippers for me but it is nice to have a sturdy rubber sole that is ok to wear outside to the driveway or porch.

These are the most comfortable slippers/shoes I have ever had on my feet! I really don't want to wear anything else! Excellent quality

So happy this slipper is back! Best one I have ever purchased. I have purchased 3 other styles and tried 3 more.. This one is by far the best. Very light weight. Comes up high on the top of the foot for warmth. I look forward to putting on my slippers again. Thank you UGG!

I like the look of these slippers, but unfortunately they run a bit large and wide. I've worn them 5 or 6 times, and they are already slipping on my feet. I wanted to order them in a smaller size, but they are no longer available, which is disappointing.

These are the ideal slippers for a short person who enjoys rolling her ankle repeatedly. The heel height/sole makes me feel like I'm wearing platform shoes. When I get out of bed in the middle of the night, I roll my ankle just walking because of the sole design. The footbed is also quite narrow for me, and I usually wear a narrow. If you want to feel taller and want to challenge yourself to avoid ankle injuries, I recommend buying your true size. They'll feel snug for a day until the shearling compresses inside, and then they'll be the perfect length for fit.

Not sure what happened here but these Cluggette's are nothing like the ones I have now...So disappointed...I need the hard soled. support but these are so hard..almost like not enough sheepskin ...so disappointed. They even much larger than marked for me. Will be returning and maybe do the Collette's...

True to size but the fur feels cheap. A pair of UGG slippers should make ones feet feel like they are wrapped in luxury and these Cluggettes just didn't do that for me. Not worth the price. Sending them right back!

The fleece lining that makes Uggs has really gone down hill. It feels more like polyester than sheepskin and fur. I find this claim hard to believe. This is my third pair and the quality is no where near what it used to be. This is really disappointing. Do not waste your money.
