Lightweight and comfortable for running and walking. Very satisfied with them. I wear a 10.5 medium and they are true to size.

I have wide feet and have always had a hard time finding shoes that are wide enough, specifically Nike shoes. But I was in the market for a pair of trainers, and I am happy to say that I have found a shoe that is a perfect fit for my foot! The width is advertised as regular, but it seems wider than most regular width shoes. I wear a 12.5 so I went with the 13, given that most athletic shoes tend to fit tighter. These shoes are comfortable, I gave them a 4 when it comes to comfort (since 4.5 wasn't an option) because they don't have the best cushioning (it is good for a trainer though), but the width is perfect for my wide feet. The shoes look good as well, I would recommend this shoe for anyone with wide feet, that is looking for a trainer. I wouldn't recommend this for any long distance running or walking, I have a more comfortable pair of running shoes for those kinds of activities.

My son needed a good training shoe for his workouts at EXOS... They do a lot of lateral drills and core workouts that require a shoe w good stabilization but not so much cushion on the bottom... We ordered 3 different nikes to see which one did the best w holding his foot when doing fast lateral movements and these were the winner... Comfortable , holds his foot not going over the edge (happen w Nike flys I believe because the material stretches) great looking style... Gets compliments... He's 6"1" 185 size 11.5!

I have had these shoes for about a month and get compliments all the time. They fit extremely well and they're perfect for someone who participates in various types of sports (running, tennis, X-Fit, etc.). I love them and highly recommend them!

I was very happy to slip these on when they arrived. Although they can feel a little tight when sitting, they feel good in the gym. I had purchased the Nike Zoom Speed TR 3 originally, but these things felt like a bear hug. Almost cutting off circulation. Not a great shoe, so I was hoping for some relief.
I would get the free train again now that I've used them for a couple of weeks. Wide feet should consider other shoes.

The soles are fairly flat compared to most Nike shoes I have owned.

The look of these is great! The toe box is a bit more narrow than most Nikes I've tried, so they had to go back because unfortunately they didn't have a bigger size for me. They were comfortable everywhere else though, so if you can size up a half size, go for it.

Good workout shoes. I have trained in New Balance minimus shoe for the last year, and I can certainly tell these have a thicker sole, but I like them so far.

I love Nike Free. I tried the trail version for the first time with this purchase and I was not disappointed! These seem to have a bit more support than the typical running model. The one thing Nike could improve is the laces. They are so slippery that they tend to untie more than I would expect. I am a true 8.5 but always wear a 9 in Nike.

Nice shoe. Although it is a LIGHT shoe, it does feel slightly heavier than my previous Nike Free shoe. Also, I've been wearing size 11 for like 20 yrs without any problem and this size 11 is definitely too tight for my feet. So I would say it runs small.

Extremely comfortable sneakers. Like wearing slippers with support. As light as running sneakers. slightly less cushion but still very good shock aborbsion.

Light shoe with more room in the foot box than a typical Nike. With that being said, the shoe is still tight around my foot.

Nice light shoe but too narrow. I have average width feet but this shoe was applying way too much pressure on my "inner big toe mound". Had to return.

Not as free-feeling as other Nike Frees I've owned. Also a bit tight in the toe area. They're fine, but nothing special.

These are comfortable workout shoes while not being quite as minimal as I'd like. The forefoot is pretty wide and makes the shoes look pretty big on your feet. I wish the profile was a little slimmer. I've owned Nike Free trainers in the past and these feel much closer to standard trainers than Free trainers in my opinion.

first, these fell apart after 2 wearings. I climbed a rope in the Gym and the rope literally tore through the sole leaving a huge gap behind. Also, these are slippery. Jumping on a box or any outside running was unnerving.
