It sounds like at least one reviewer had the wrong size. I have never worn a more comfortable pack! I am small framed and packs are usually very uncomfortable because they are too big. I hiked the Rim Trail In the Grand Canyon, about 25 miles, and this pack was amazing. I love it so much.

The integrated rain cover does not work as such. On rain water leack throught as well as into the backpack. At the end of a 4 hr walk there is water inside the pack.
Do you have any suggestion?
I used to have a JackWolfskin, and these raincovers are better.

I used to have the Mira 26 XS/S in green and it was my favorite bag because it fit my torso super well (I'm 5'3") and I could fit a multitude of things in the bag and not feel weighed down while biking to work. The zipper on the hydration pack stopped working and I returned it for a warranty and was offered the new version of the bag instead. I should've done my research before doing this!!! This new version is:
Too tall for me even though it's still size XS/S it keeps hitting my head while I bike because it's too tall.
The hip belt is extremely bulky and has an internal frame or something extending from the bag that prevents it from folding as nicely as the old version (if you don't want to use it), or sitting way too high on the hips because it's too snug (which doesn't help with the tallness of the bag!).
I used to use my bag every day but now it's abandoned in my closet because it's too frustrating to use. I wish I had my old bag :( :( :'(

I received this for my birthday right before we went on a hiking vacation so I did not have time to try it before bringing it on the trip. I hate this pack and do not want to ever use it again as I was forced to do on the trip as it was my only means of hydration. I tried one more time when I returned and again it was unbearably uncomfortable. I was told the pack was not returnable by the giver. The hydration system is fine but the pack rides up to my waist and then the breast straps choke me. The waist band is so snug that I have to pry the back off. The side pockets are difficult to access and the zippers are not easy to use. I have never met a pack this uncomfortable in my decades of hiking.

I purchased this specifically for a trip to Utah. I like all the compartments but as a normal woman with hips this back pack rode up and over my hips non stop. I felt like it would only work if I put 5 big rocks in it to keep it where it belongs. It also toppled over my head with any bending over. After a 10 day trip in Utah where I used this as a day pack for water, camera gear and light clothing I gave up on it. I decided to give it another try skinning up a small mountain here in NH. Same thing, it rode up my body non stop and was very frustrating. I would not recommend this pack.
