I'm a 7.5 and could barely put my foot in the boot. So tight. Thinking about ordering a full size bigger.

This product does not run big! I ordered the same size from my original boot uggs and they were way too small! I couldn't even fit my foot half way thru or my ankle.

I had to return my items. I couldn't even get the boot on my foot, I ordered a size up from my normal size.

This review is more about my first experience buying on the Ugg website. It was horrible! When the boots arrived they looked as if someone wore them for a week and returned them. They were wrinkled as if they had been shoved in the back of a closet and the right boot had an embedded stain on it. I was so disappointed , I didn't even try them on. So then I immediately go to find out how to return them the quickest way possible and I find that you can return them to these so calll "concept stores" Well, I went to the closest concept store to me, which is a lot closer than an actual Ugg store which is 40 minutes away, I get there and they look at me like I'm an alien. They had no idea what I was talking about even though they are listed on the Ugg site as a store I can return the boots too. I even showed them their listing on the site and they still would not take the return. All previous Ugg purchases have been in the Ugg store, I will continue to purchase that way. The boots are really cute in person, but did not get to wear them. Going to take the 40 minute drive to exchange for a new pair

Unfortunately the boots I ordered for my granddaughter were too small. I ordered the size shoe she wears. We will return them.

What I receive is totally opposite from the picture. From the color to the style, ugliest boots I ever had. I wear size 7.5 and ordered size 8 but they are still tight without socks. They dont have the store in the state where I live but still have to pay for the tax and have to pay for my own return shipping which is ridiculous. I used to love UGG and now I must stop purchasing this product.

I received a fake pair of uggs. This has never happened but was disappointed and embarrassed to say the least. Customer service was blah. Never again.

The narrow opening is too difficult to maneuver to get the boot on. It looks great,but you can't wear what you can't put on.

The boots are nice, but the insoles comes out when I put it on

Nothing tore when was putting them on material very thin

Very disappointed that the shoe came in a blank box, not an Ugg box. The QRC and size tag that should be in the left shoe to make certain it is an UGG original was missing. And the stickers on the bottom of the shoe were removed. This was clearly not a new UGG and maybe not original. For the cost I want to make sure I'm getting the right thing.
