Not true to size. Had to return. Very cute shoe

I really liked the style of the Bethany but the quality is really lacking. After just wearing twice, the sheepskin wool in the footpad is totally crushed and flattened and so is area near the heel. I believe that sheepskin is far thinner than in any of my other Uggs as I have never encountered this issue before.

Very comfortable, I bought both the black and wheat color. However doesn't hold "shape" and when wearing the black pair it always leaves the heal of my foot black ! I'm guessing from whatever they use to turn it black. So even though I really like this shoe the dye transfer is making me feel like i wasted money on the black ones.

I didn't like this shoe whatsoever and if was too big.

Boots were returned They were to Thin

very light weight not solidly made I am returning them as they are not what I anticipated.

Not happy with the insole of the shoe, was not attached correctly. Feel like this was a defected shoe.

I returned them they look nice online but didn't look that great on my feet. The view from the side was nice but the view from looking at the top didn't look great and they spread when walking.

Loved these shoes and wore them all the time. The shoe laces wore quickly and UGG does not have an option for replacements. When I reached out they had no options for the laces and the customer service seemed annoyed that I bothered them with this request. For this price point they should have options to maintain/repair the shoes.

Very uncomfortable. Made my size 10 foot look even bigger. Very ugly boot that made my actual army boot look fashionable. Not for me.

I like the idea of these. And I love the way they look... on Ugg models. I don't know if they got stretched during shipment/storage or what, but when I put these on, it looks like I have a potato on my foot. Not cute. The area near the inside ankle bulges out and it literally ruins the look of the entire boot. And even though I have them tied extremely loosely, they look like Iv'e cinched them down. I think these are probably great boots straight off the production line, but after being stored for so long with paper and cardboard stuffed in them and the laces tied tight, they lost their shape. I tried to attach a picture showing what I mean, but the site is acting up and won't submit the review.

I bought these cause i really fell in love with them but upon delivery and trying them on im not a fan. i wear size 11 and they make my feet look long and bulky. im going to exchange them but wish i didnt have to.

Maybe just me, arches hurt.

not very UGgpG like in style and comfort

I received shoes that were worn! It looks as if one shoe was used as a display. One shoe was bent and leaning over. The box had make up stains. Ridiculous

I paid almost $100 for these boots and they easily tire because the lace got caught under my other foot. That should not happen and I have sent many emails/messages none have been replied to.

Honestly I love ugg, I have about 6 pairs of boots so I was hyped to get these . When I recieved them they looked cute but once I put them on I was not satisfied with my purchase , I didn't want to return them because I was already annoyed because I had got a size 7 and needed a size 8 so I just didn't want to go through another transaction twice . There was no problem with the actual boot itself , i just wasn't in love , i have them sitting in there box in my closet .

Size was not true to fit and I had to send my boots back 2 times because sizing was terrible.

The tongue on the left shoe slips to the outside and I have to constantly pull it back under the laces. Also, there seems to be a problem with the heel level because my foot is constantly sliding to the inside and I find myself walking on the edge of the shoe rather than my heel walking squarely in the middle of the heel area. I have purchased four pair of uggs within the last 13 months. I know how they are supposed to fit. I would have returned this pair but I didn't realize the problems until I wore them outside. So disappointed!!!

I love uggs. I own four pair and bought another pair for my daughter for Christmas this year. I bought the Bethany because they reminded me of chukas or hiking boots, a departure from my other uggs. I guess I got a bad pair? The tongue on the left boot slides to the left and I am always having to straighten it back under the laces. Also, the same shoe seems to rest at an angle causing my heel to slide to the right. I find myself walking on the inside edge of the shoe rather than firmly in the middle of the heel area. It's very frustrating especially when I think of what I spent on the shoe. My other uggs don't do this. I wore them outside before discovering the defect. I wish I had saved my money on this pair.

These shoes appear to be made out of felt. Leather on the toe, heal and laces track; and a very thin, light-weight felt on each of the sides. I'm really disappointed... I loved the look of these boots and I'm going to have to return them. This is the second pair that has not met my expectations. I received a pair of Short II that I returned due to very thin, felt-like leather. I have 5 pair of UGG boots (2-pair of Short IIs) and the one's I returned weighed less than half of the Chocolate and Blings I own. I don't know what's going on with quality suddenly...

Fit perfectly but couldn't keep my feet warm. This is not for the cold weather in NY. Price was dropped after I purchased. Submitted the Price Adjustment Request and UGG was so quick to send the refund.

The size is a bit tight at my toes, it did say the size was my right size as well. And when I checked the other side of shoe and the shoelace was damaged. As if someone was chewing on it.

Shoe was small. I have narrow feet and shoe was tight. Shoe was expensive thought for the price it would comfortable.
