I have high arches and moderate wide feet. My actual shoe size is 6.5 but I wear from 6, 7, 7.5 and 8 depending on the type and brand. I have high arches and moderately wide feet and the top of my feet are high as well. I ordered size 8 of Kristin and as expected, it feels just a tad tight on the forefoot but I walk comfortably with it. I am worried that perhaps size 7.5 is just the perfect fit so I ordered the smaller size. Well, it is tight at first but after an hour, there is a very slight give so it's ok. To my amazement, the smaller size kept slipping off my heels. I put the size 8 again and no slippage. I believe it is because I have high arch feet. My feet are cradled well with one size bigger shoe of this model. I wanted the 7.5 to minimize the longer look since I am only 5'1" tall. But the slightly longer size 8 is really not that bad and my heels stay in the shoes. So for me, one size bigger is the most comfortable fit, not perfect but size 7.5 is just totally unwearable due to heels slipping when walking. If you have high arch, order one size bigger.

I ordered both the 8 and 8.5 since some reviews recommended sizing up. I wanted the shoes for the trip so wanted to have the option of sizing because I wouldn't have time to reorder prior to the trip. The 8.5 were more comfortable so I decided to size up.I felt that after walking in them a while or if my feet were a little swollen (I purchased for a ski trip) my toes might be uncomfortable. The shoes are very warm and very comfortable. I wore thinner wool socks with mine and they provided lots of warmth. You will need to wear them with tights or very tight skinny legging jeans that are long enough to go down into them or they will look frumpy though.

This boot fits great. Love the slight arch support. The Kristin is made with the same great quality as other UGGs I own. Natural wool keeps my feet warm and comfortable. This boot can be worn with all pant types for a stylish look. I recommend these UGGs and I also love all the color choices in the suede. The Kristin fits very different then my other UGGs, its more like a regular shoe. This gives the boot a great shape.

I ordered these for my daughter and am sending them back. While they might have been good for me, they seemed a little too old for a teen. They are nice, but don't have the signature Ugg look and the padding is not as plush as the classic versions. Arch support is good and definitely narrower than the classic version. My husband liked these much better than the classic.

These are a slimmer looking Ugg boot which is a definite plus for me. They fit true to size and did not need a break in period at all. I have worn them a few times and they have stretched out a small amount. If you do not like the heavier, bulkier Ugg boot, then this is the boot for you. Purchasing from Zappos is another plus...LOVE ZAPPOS.

These feel true to normal shoe size for me. I am a consistent size 8 in all types of shoes but ordered an 8.5 in these since I plan to wear with socks and read they are are designed for bare feet. With light to medium weight socks, I have plenty of room in length and the width is fine (my foot is on the narrower side of normal but I don't buy narrow shoes). I have some heel slippage but don't think it will be a problem unless the lining flattens or upper stretches considerably. If worn without socks, I definitely would've needed to stick to my normal size 8. The style is not going to win any fashion awards but is definitely sleeker than the originals, so I like much better. Overall seems to be a good purchase, and I didn't mind paying a little more than the sale price I see on these elsewhere to get Zappos' great service.

I ordered these boots in one size larger than I usually wear because of having foot surgeries. They were a little narrow, but since I did order them bigger, they worked just fine for me. I wore them to work for 1/2 day, and they were comfortable for the first couple of hours that I wore them. I think that if I wear them a couple more times that they will be fine to wear for an extended amount of time. I wore them with skinny jeans, so they were really cute. They also have a cuter shape than the traditional UGGS which tend to be really big and round. I also wore then when we were having a little bit of ice and snow, and they were good.

My true size is 8.5 and true size will only fit without socks. The Kristin doesn't make your feet look big and sloppy like the classic fit Uggs. The style is slightly narrow but if I ordered a 9 no doubt my heel would slip. A decent reasonably comfortable shoe to keep feet warm in winter. The sole has good flex for walking. The Navy is a great color with denim jeans, but the sole would have complemented shoe best in gray. The soles are removable to replace when needed which is important in buying Ugg, since soles must be replaced annually for best comfort.

Unlike many of the reviews stated that these run big, I ordered half size up and they were just too big. I'm a 5.5 and wear 5 in ugg and could have easily worn a 5. So had to return them. They do run a little narrow on the toe box but not enough for me to size up.

Adorable! Really have a very nice look and are slimmer than other Uggs. I like that they have a slight wedge heel for some height, and extreme arch. But! They are so small and narrow, I am not sure how many sizes up I have to go to get my foot actually in them comfortable with room for blood flow to my toes. I got an 8 since other reviewers said true to size, and since I am a solid 8 always in nearly every flat shoe, sneaker, or boot I own. I'd have to get a 9 at least to get foot in these. It's not like I have wide feet, and I am trying them without socks. Otherwise, other piece of useful info maybe to others is that they have fairly short shaft which is perfect for leggings or tights, but my super slim jeans keep falling out of them. So, maybe people planning on wearing with jeans or sweat pants should be cautious, while those wearing these with leggings will love them.

I am usually a size 8/8.5 Bought this in 8.5 and definitely needed the next size up, it felt very close and indeed narrow but my foot is a bit on the wide side so maybe if you have normal feet it will be perfect. I have since reorder size 9 and will see how that goes. Otherwise the navy is so beautiful and has a classier look as compare to the regular uggs. What a bummer about the size and narrow than normal width tho!!
