By looking at the item before you send them out.
My trousers were so creased up, i had to lightly press
three times before i could try them on.

My son (19 yr old) likes the pants but 33 waist was way loose and 32 just tight across the hips. He is slim and 32 in most pants usually fits him perfectly.
