Size twelve has an ankle for a size 8

I sent them back because they were to small and needed to exchange them for a bigger size now waiting 3 weeks and now no one can find the boots not the usps or uggs. So Im almost giving up

Loved the look and fit of this boot but after the 3rd wear my puppy found one of the Ugg emblems (which appears to be metal connected to the upper outside of the boots via a grommet through the rubber) and I found the 2 grommets that attached it inside the boot. The emblem on the other boot was still attached but only by 1 of the 2 grommets holding it in place (the other was inside the boot). Not sure why they just didn't imprint the logo into the rubber.

Loved these boots until they split with gentle use, after 6 months of wear. Expected better quality from UGG

I was so hoping they finally made a product for VEGANS, but after my purchase found dead sheep in the bottom sole :( Need to come out with a vegan line for those of us who don't think animals should be killed for our own greed!

The boot was too tight on the calves and it seems like the size 7 boot was like a size 8 boot. It is really pretty boot, it is a shame that I have to return it...

I actually love my rain boots but I have only had them for 4 months and their is already a Crack in them. While they are super pretty I also need them to be super functional as well. I thought with them being Ugg boots that they would be better made than some of the cheaper competition. Yes they have a warranty section and I keep filling it out and they tell me my order could not be found. You can probably imagine how frustrating this is!!

I bought these rain boots to keep my feet dry from the rain/puddles. My feet (toes) kept getting wet with the first pair I received. I decided to return them as I figured it was a defective pair. In the meantime, I got a different brand of boot. When I finally obtained a new pair of these UGG rain boots, I again had the wet toe issue. If you hate having wet feet. This is not the boot for you. Also, the fit around my feet is good while in the boot. Getting my feet out however is significantly difficult. The size up was definitely too large.

These boots are beautiful. These boots are stylish. These boots have a name brand. You'd think these boots were just perfect. I thought these boots were meant to be. I slid my foot slowly down into the boot. I could feel the fur at the bottom and was immediately excited to wear them when it gets cold. My foot crept closer and closer to the toe. Until it stopped. It just stopped. My leg could not go anymore. I pushed and pulled until I decided that me trying to fit my quite normal sized calf into this boot would be like trying to squeeze and 18 wheeler into a single parking spot in a 12" ft parking garage.

I honestly can't wear them, feel too big

I have owned 20+ pairs of Uggs over the past 10 years (and even more, if I count the ones I've bought for my daughter), but these are the worst I've ever dealt with. They were either too big and wide, or too small and narrow. They are also insufferably stiff, to the extent I could barely get my foot inside. So I'm glad Ugg has a super easy return policy, because finding a pair of Ugg rain boots this year has been impossible so far!

i love them, they are so beautiful.. i just can't fit into them because i have a wider calf!

I've been looking for a month for rain boots and fell in love with these until I received them. Went to try them on and the calf was so tight that the boots bunched up and they were so tight I can't even wear them. The fitting in the actual foot is great but the calf is ridiculous I'm a size 6 in clothes so in no way am I overweight or do I have large legs so to get a pair of boots and have them be so tight in the calf that I have to return them is very disappointing. It may be a defect I don't know all I know is they are unwearable and have to be returned which is a first for me. Not good since it's my first ugg purchase.

The look is exactly what I wanted but when I put them on they barely fit over my calf. Please, please, please make this with an adjustable calf!!!!

I loved the product but I could not get my feet into the boot - I find that I cannot wear boots without a zipper. Disappointed because I loved the quality and look of the boot.

The color is nice and shiny. They run large so maybe get a size down. They are below the knee, so for me Id prefer something taller.
