I purchased size 9, my regular size and it fits excellent. Love the fur/wool lining at the footbed. Wore this with a pair of regular socks (not thick) and it was great. My only issue was they were supposed to be CHARCOAL GREY. By no means are these charcoal in color. They are light grey. I do not particularly like this color. Not horrible, but that's not what was advertised or what I wanted. I'm keeping them bc the next day it rained, and I needed a rain boot. Overall fit was fine. My feet did not get tired, and the boot did not weigh my legs down after walking the city streets and subways in NYC.

These are beautiful boots. I have high arch and instep and had no issues getting them on. I bought true size. Size 11. They fit just fine. They are a bit difficult to get off but I have a boot jack and makes it easier. I’m on the fence about returning. The left one hits the back of my calf in an uncomfortable place. The right one is fine. I have an average to large calf and there’s plenty of room. Like another reviewer I received a pair where the top front was dented or folded. I’ve tried to reform it but hasn’t worked. They arrived with no stuffing period to hold their shape. Other than the issue with the left boot they feel very comfortable. Maybe I’ll try the shorter version.

Very pretty boots. Not quite as easy to get on and off as my Hunters, but I’ll be keeping them.

I’m surprised by everyone saying these run really big, for me, I found the opposite. I am a size 8.5, and I first bought a size 8 based on reviews. It was very snug, even with thin socks. I’ve now received a 9, and these fit, but the left one seems a little narrow on the side (which is odd since my right foot is bigger than my left). Comfort is ok, not great, but it’s a rain boot, so I’m not expecting too much. I don’t think I could stand or walk for very long in them. I have pretty thin calves, and these make a loud noise on the back of my calves with every step, which some people might find annoying. Since I’ll only wear them in the rain, the noise doesn’t bother me too much. They look nice and glossy, just like in the photos. I’m on the fence whether or not I will keep them.

Bought these for dog walking in the rain and even in the early morning dew (tall grass). these boots keep my feet dry and look great. They are a bit hard to tale off, but I think that's why don't slip or rub when walking.
