This shoe was to short for my foot I wish there was a size 11 1/2 or 12 I know there are a lot of woman that wear larger shoe sizes but it seems the manufacturers don’t want to make shoes for us It’s so annoying and horrible not to be able to find shoes in my size A life long problem for me and I’m 61 now. I have to wear sandals in the winter because I can’t find comfortable shoes to wear

I expected the fabric of this shoe to be softer than it is. It was stiff & uncomfortable. I don't know why I try to buy any other brand than the ones that work best for me. Aetrex, Sofft, & Ecco. I don't mind spending a bit more on shoes if the quality & fit are there.

I am a size 7 in closed toe and 6.5 in sandals and the size 7 was way too small. Order a half to full size larger.

I have wide feet but typically can wear a W. Sized up 1/2 size and ordered 8W. Shoe is very narrow. Couldn’t get them on. Felt more like N or M. Very disappointed because I love the style. Wish I could find something similar or they made a true W or WW shoe

Got half size bigger. still too snug. Will need a wide. wear 7.5 M usually. cute shoe.

Just a heads up! One would assume that if you buy multiples of the same size/fabric shoe that they would all be cut the same, but while the gray (2 pair) and blue (2 pair) colors are true to size, the 'sage wash' is a full size too small. Tried to size up and it was a full size too large. Very disappointing.

Shoe was very small and tight even though I had a half size larger. I could hardly get on my foot.

Loved the color but very uncomfortable. Love sandals by this brand so i was eager to try tennis shoes. Style awkward with too many rows of laces and footbed stiff. Sadly returned because the color was great.

These are super cute. They have one of the best soles I've ever tried on. So I was very disappointed to have to return them. They are sooooo narrow. Even more narrow than a regular sneaker and I ordered the Wide. I could tell even sizing up would not help.

I love the style and color of the bright green shoe, but unfortunately it was not comfortable for me. Had to return.

The size I think was pretty standard. I ordered a 7 wide, after first trying the 8M, 7.5 M, and also the 7.5W...clearly I tried a variety of sizes before settling on 7W. It seemed like a good fit initially. However, after a few days of wearing them, I realized that my big toe was digging into the side of the shoe and the material has no give...my hope would be generally wear the new shoes awhile and hope it would break in. But in this case, I'm sensitive about pushing my toe inward, in my 20s and clearly creating bunions is not high on my agenda right now, so in this case, I feel like the material and the sole of the shoe is too rigid to break in to the point where my toe is not going to be pushed inwards. Sooo I'm not going to wear these shoes anymore. That was a waste. The soles are removable which is cool and have some arch support. So I removed them and hope by putting in my own inserts maybe that would give my toe more wiggle room in the box. No go. So thumbs down for me, a wide feet person. And the larger sizes were just too big in the front. Going back and reordering my Born Tamaras which have nice soft leather with some give for my toe.

Yikes! These were not for my feet. I must have a high arch or tall feet but these were incredibly hard to even get my feet into.

I was so disappointed in these shoes...I ordered 8w but they weren't close to that. I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe.

These just felt hard, flat and narrow. Not comfortable at all so I sent them back.

These have been added to the list of one of the worst pair of shoes I have ever purchased. The overall look of the shoes are cute and I thought I had given them a good enough test to try and wear them to work. I didn't even make it a half a day before my ankles had painfull blisters from the shoes digging in, my feat were overheating, and the shoe was just feeling very uncomfortable. I have tried to give them a few more tries, thinking possibly the first attempt was just "breaking in" but everytime was the same and I couldn't wait to kick them off. Beyond the looks they were a complete disapointment.

These are a big disappointment to me as they were incredibly uncomfortable. After putting them on I didn't even want to stand up and walk around. I have no idea what is wrong but I won't try this brand again.

I really wanted these to fit. They are cute, but it's very hard to give a size review when the pair I received had two different sizes (according to info on tongue) and both were at least a 1/2 to a whole size too small. That's China for you. I should have known. I could tell they had some decent arch support though.

I was really disappointed in this shoe due to the fact that it arrived with scuff marks on the white sole from previous wear by a customer. In my opinion, it should have never been delivered to a customer in this condition. Upon seeing it, the shoes went immediately back into the box for return. Unfortunately, there is no real place on the return form to indicate this issue. If shoes are going to be shipped in this condition, perhaps it should be added so quality control knows the real reason for return.

I don’t usually write negative reviews but I had to for this shoe. It’s cute but it’s an awful shoe. This is the most uncomfortable sneaker I’ve ever had on my foot. There’s a very high arch that presses into the foot. It’s stiff and pinches the foot everywhere, it’s terrible. I wear a size 5 and they were too small so I tried the 5 1/2, still felt horrible. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy this shoe! Zappos is great though!!!

This is my second pair, this time in khaki. My first pair, in charcoal, has become one of all-time favorites. (And I had ordered a half size up after reading the reviews, and they fit perfectly.) Very versatile, with casual skirts, jeans, leggings -- and very comfortable for walking, so they make a really good travel shoe -- wore them while walking all over Florence and Venice. After an initial stiffness, they quickly adjusted to a nice flexibility. Similar styles do not have good arch support, but these with the removal insoles. I work in a casual office, so I would find myself reaching for these shoes a lot!

Based on reviews I ordered1/2 size up, but it was still too short in length. My toe rubbed with out taking a step.

I have this TAOS sneaker in several colors but the sage green is completely mislabeled/poorly constructed. Zappos customer service went out of their way to try and replace it for me but the size 11 in sage green fits more like a 9 and the size 12 fits like a 13. Extremely disappointing.

I am a very true 8.5. Always. I literally could not put my foot inside of these shoes... I tried loosening the laces as much as I could. The weirdest sneaker!! I kept checking the tags to see if they were actually a size 5 LOL SO WEIRD!

I bought the Moc Star as well as the Star. I have always worn a size 8. I have narrow feet with a very narrow heel. I have short toenails. BOTH pairs of shoes are too short. The Canvas has no give so I do not expect them to stretch much. BOTH pairs of shoes run very narrow. They hurt the top of my feet no matter how far I loosen the laces. I love the arch and heel support. Too bad I can only wear them for an hour or two! HUGE AMOUNT OF WASTED! Basically $200 flushed down the toilet.

I read reviews and ordered a full size up, and in wide. This shoe felt narrow, and way smaller than marked. My feet didn't even like being placed into them to try on. I did feel there was slight arch support, but not enough for my problem feet. I returned these, and will not be re-ordering this shoe.
