Super comfortable with great support!

I began having some foot issues a couple of months ago and decided to order a pair of Taos Star shoes in Oatmeal. The arch support in these is fantastic whereas the Olakai's that I was wearing have none. I ordered these in Blue which is a pretty color (like denim) but limited for my wardrobe so I am sending them back and will be ordering the Charcoal Gray which I think I will get much more use out of. Super cute, extremely comfortable and Zappos' excellent customer service.

Absolutely love these shoes, my 3rd pair! Very comfy but allow for a short break in period. Run a bit narrow but this works for me.

As suggested, I ordered these a half size larger than my usual size, and they fit perfectly. I love these shoes! The arch support is excellent.

I ordered up a half size and they fit perfect. I can lace as tight as I’d like so the med is perfect too. I think they are cute and am looking forward to wearing them frequently.

Love these sneakers! I've been looking for something like this and know that Taos is a quality brand. They fit true to size (I have a wide foot and needed the wide width); plus they have an excellent arch support and "trendy" look!

Finally! Thank you, Zappos for being so patient with me. All I wanted was a cheap Keds look and ended up with these beauties. Everything about them is perfect....and believe me, my feet have everything possible wrong with them. Don't EVER agree to a bunionectomy. That's what started all my issues, along with one foot being bigger than the other. AND the bunion grew back in less than a month.

Very cute shoe! Not the cushiest. I wore them out of the box on a trip and no complaints. They go with everything including dresses

I love these sneakers. the support hits in the exact right place for me, without putting in my orthotic.I ordered the wide, and am normally a medium, but they seem to run a tad narrow. Length is as expected.

AlwYs have to order a half size larger than normal. I always get compliments on my Star Taos sneakers.

After reading previous reviews I bought a full size larger than usual and glad I did. There is 1/2” room at the toe so good for walking. My foot is narrow so I wear medium thick socks to manage the shoe’s medium width. The arch support is terrific. Love the style. This is my second pair. First pair wore out so I was thrilled that Taos still makes these sneakers.

Wanted this color. Took advice of previous purchasers to order 1/2 size larger than usual. Great advice. Fit is perfect. Very comfortable shoe.

I vary between size 8.5 and 9. I ordered a 9 and it fits just right. I originally ordered the Star Burst sneakers by Taos. They were cute and fit the same, but felt like a heavier shoe. I'm more satisfied with the weight and feel of the Star.

Love the fit, style, laces and material but the color is more like more greenish shade Than what am looking for so had to return got the shade that I want at Taos- thanks so much for great customer service Zappos!!! You guys rock!

I wear 7.5 Medium most times. These shoes required I move to Wide. Then I had to remove the insole because arch support in the insole was too high for my comfort. My shoe repair man sold me insoles that make these shoes fit as if they were made for me. Well worth the money. Zappos makes it so easy to try on shoes and return what doesn't fit with their free shipping policy.

Great shoe for anyone who is on their feet all day. The arch support and cushy bed is excellent. I love the way they look too!

I was so excited to be able to finally find a cute tennis shoe! However, I wear a size 11 and of course as luck would have it my toe reached the end! Wish the came in an 11.5 :(

I love the style and the substantial arch support, but I wish there was a little more padding.

I had a blue pair. Loved them so much I got these as well. Very comfortable and stylish.

I was looking for a dainty pair of tennis like shoes to wear with capri pants, as sandals are not allowed at my doctor's office and running shoes look too bulky. I have over pronation and need shoes with arch support. I also have mild bunions and a knob on the top of my foot from my arches continually collapsing. I ordered a pair of Sperry's, but could not even get my foot halfway in. Kept the search on and stumbled on the Taos Star shoes. Studied all the reviews and decided to order my size 9.5 in a wide width to account for small bunions. They fit perfect!! The wide width is not very much wider, just a tad which is all I wanted. The shoes are very stylish and the Grey Wash Canvas color goes with just about anything. I have plenty of room to wiggle my toes around. The shoe holds my foot in place pretty well. The arches could be a tiny bit bigger, but I'm not looking to jog in these, just wear them out for nice social events or appointments. They could use a tad bit more cushion in the toe box area if I had to really critique them. But overall, I'm very happy with finding this shoe for exactly what I need it for.

I must be annoying to my coworkers because they’re tired of listening to me talk about my Taos shoes. this is my third pair (all different styles) and I LOVE them all. none of my other shoes are even close in comparison for comfort, especially arch support. Worth every penny.

I have collapsing arches and now bunions. Had a bout of Plantar's Fasciitis several years ago that led me on the hunt for comfy, cute shoes with good support. I easily found Asics Gel Kayano 26 running shoes that I love. But finding dainty tennis shoes to wear with capri pants in the summer was a challenge. A pair of Sperry's were impossible to even get on. Hunted and hunted and ran across the Taos brand. These Taos Star shoes checked off all the boxes. Plenty of arch support with a nice insole, pretty good motion control to where my ankles don't turn in, and best of all CUTE, CUTE, CUTE! My husband who couldn't care less about fashion even commented they were very nice. I did have to unlace them pretty much to get my feet in but it was well worth it. I wear a 9.5 and the length is just right. I have regular width feet, but opted to try the 9.5 Wide to give a little extra room for my minor bunions. I sure am glad to have that little bit of extra width, and it is just a little bit. I can also wiggle my toes in the toe box, yet the shoe still looks dainty. I'm very pleased, and considering which other color I would like. :)
