If only the love lasted! We loved everything about this Kamik Crab. It is a great combination of style, fit, and safety for a fat-footed toddler who romps and plays at daycare/preschool. We loved the color and the style, and the on/off ease. Our son loved putting these shoes on, which is a big deal considering he'd mostly rather run around barefoot. I had to return the shoe after two weeks of wear...they stink! We're super cleanly folks, and would take the shoe off and wipe it out after each use, which sometimes meant we were doing that two or three times a day. We followed online advice from here at Zappos and the manufacturer about throwing it in the wash and letting it dry, but no change. Perhaps we got a faulty pair, but we had to return it Not only did the shoes stink, but they had our toddler's feet smelling like a teenager! It's really too bad - we thought they were a keeper. We don't know what Crocs has done as we've never had a problem with odor - even when our son has spent the day in water - but Kamik needs to up their toddler footbed game!

These shoes are cute and good quality. However, after wearing them for 3 days to go to the beach, my son has many blisters on his feet. We had to switch to a pair of cheap water shoes that did a better job. I wouldn't buy them again.

These were falling apart after 3 months of use. We will not be purchasing another pair of sandals from this company. My child was happy with the sandals while they lasted.

The design cuts in at too strong of an angle on the back which left open cuts on both of my son's feet. We have loved Kamik shoes in the past so I was bummed that I needed to return these.

I am really disappointed with these shoes. After just wearing them five times, one section of the shoe is fraying and the string enclosure popped off and is now missing. I bought these because they were cheaper than Keen's which I normally get, but now I am regretting it. Cheaply made and they are not cheap shoes. Save the frustration and buy the Keen's!

These seemed well made but the tab at the end of the laces pulled off after a week of wear. I try to tuck the end into the show but its difficult to keep it from pulling out and sticking straight up. Disappointing since they were not cheap shoes.

I love the way these look on my two sons. They seem comfortable as well. Still, I have to throw them out because after a month, both pairs smell disgusting. My kid's feet are clean when they go in the shoes but smell just awful when they come out. I hate to throw out perfectly good shoes but its embarrassing for them. I will get leather sandals.
