These are my first Eccos, and I am disappointed in the fit. I usually wear a 7, sometimes but rarely, a 6 1/2. I needed a 37 medium in this shoe.The aggravating problem is that this shoe digs into the back of my heel. Because I needed them, I went against a promise I had made to myself to "never do that again with pricey shoes" and cut some foam and put the pieces under the lining under my heel to raise my foot up. Now they feel okay. Zappos, as always, is fabulous.

Shoes are well made, nice arch support is substantial; however, too wide for narrow feet and turned-up shoe toe doesn't match my not turned-up big toe that jams into the toe of the shoe. I wouldn't recommend for narrow feet.

Overall nice looking shoe, unbalanced on the bottom and the top is so wide it's not attractive with capris.

I was expecting a lot more based on the reviews. I didn't feel these were horribly uncomfortable, but they just weren't great. I don't recommend them.
