Pretty shoe, but the fit was smaller. I would go up a full size...

My usual order is for size 10 flats and 9.5 heels. These flats felt about half a size *longer*, meaning my heel easily slipped out of the shoe when I first walked around my apartment in them. I have confidence in the Rockport brand, since I have heard good things about them from just about everyone. Living in NYC demands the ability to walk for miles and miles, so am thinking the issue for me is the design of the shoe (a-la New Balance), rather than the sizing. The width was almost perfect, as was the volume of the shoe. I am disappointed to return these and hunt for another brand that can also take the punishment New York's mean streets are known to dole out.

Super tight, and my toes were right at the edge. Going back asap!

I wanted to love these so badly. I'm typically a 9 or 9.5 and while I don't always need a W I usually prefer it. I tried these on in a 9.5W and they are uncomfortably narrow in the toe box. They're exactly what I've been looking for so I was pretty bummed. :-(

Great looking shoe that is incredibly comfortable - feels like putting on slippers! These seem to run a bit narrow which is great for me with skinny feet but may be a problem for others with wide feet. Ordered these along with a pair of Vionics and ultimately kept the vionics brvause I needed the additional arch support and these seemed to have minimal and the footbed was not removable.

It looks super cute and I was hoping that it would work. My feet barely made it in. The sides are somewhat hard for people with bunions. If you are someone that wears vibram fivefingers regularly and are looking for more conventional shoes for occasions where you cannot wear your VFFs, these are NOT it!

Although these are comfortable to stand, I have not worn them yet because when I walk, the part that bends makes points outward and it looks very strange (my husband even commented).

I loved this shoe! It was too tight in the toe box. But it was super cute. Perfect color, if you have narrow feet.

This is a nice quality shoe, however, the left shoe is noticeably longer than the right shoe.

These shoes are beautiful! I have always had a hard time with ballet flats in getting them to stay on my feet and heel. I am starting to have knee issues and having to retire heels and turn to flats. (Ugh!) I am usually a 6.5B in a shoe and took a 7B in these. I have tried several times in wearing these around the house. Every time I put them on, they are just too tight and still seem a little short. I know the next size up will be too big in the heel and I would not be able to keep them on. So very sad because they are so pretty and just what I was looking for. The search continues . . .

Not a wide shoe. If you are a true Wide size you probably want to pass on this shoe. I really wanted to love these but I had to return them ??

Loved the look of these, but unfortunately the 11M didn't quite work for me - they were too short. Since the shoes don't come in a 12, I was going to try an 11W to see if those fit any better, but they're unfortunately out of stock.

I bought these because I loved my last pair of black Rockport flats, which has been discontinued. These are to stiff and slick. I can't imagine wearing them all day in comfort.

Really cute shoe. Alas, they run SUPER small, totally squish my toes, and I have to return them.

Returning them. The shoes pinched my toes and forefoot, although they are pretty. But I won't sacrifice comfort for style....

Beautiful shoe but not enough support.

I ordered my regular size 7.5, but these were slipping off of my feet and I'm afraid that 7 is going to be too small. I also decided that I dodn't like the pointed toe style.

Again, I wanted to keep this shoe, it's a pretty pointy toe that doesn't squish my toes! I got a 7C (wider width) but it was too wide and the arches had no support and fell down to the floor distorting the look of the shoe. Also, the pointy toe wasn't straight, they made my feet look pigeon toed with a flat fallen arch and the back slipped off. From the arch to the heel the rest of the shoe was straight. I'm sure I can go down to 6 1/2 in a C width so the shoe fits, but I didn't like the pigeon toe look. I'm sure that cannot be corrected - neither can the fallen arch. There should be more support on the sides to contain the foot in the shoe, especially if its patent leather. The sole felt comfortable so I might be on the lookout for other Rockport flats. Hopefully I can find something dressy and flat that doesn't look like a boring shoe.

I really liked this shoe but be prepared, the extra padding on the insole make it a toasty shoe! Super comfortable except for one note, the back side is very high and rubs on my Achilles heel - otherwise - you can walk all day in these shoes

These shoes look great but run about a 1/2 size too small. Had to return them.

The toe is too pointed. They pinched my toes over time. I was unable to work in them all day due to discomfort. There is not much overall shoe support. I have not tried the newest addition with less pointed toe. I bought a pair of Lifestride shoes in black for toe since could not find a Rockport that worked.

I thought this would be perfect for my wide size 5 feet but it seemed like it is a size 6! The width was fine but I could fit a thumb in between my foot and the heel of the shoe. So disappointed!

This flat was tight RIGHT across my bunion. The construction was not very forgiving.
