I purchased these to replace an old pair of Ecco's of the same style that I have had for several years. I am so very disappointed in how this shoe is now constructed. The leather is of cheap quality and the shoe across the toe is now much wider. The light colored footbed versus the old style that had a black footbed, also makes these new Ecco's look like orthopedic shoes instead of stylish comfortable shoes this style once was. So, cheap leather, wider width and other styling changes sadly means this are being returned. Guess I nurse my old Ecco's along a little more! On the plus side, I also ordered a pair of Ecco Touch 25 sandals in blue and they are lovely.

My favorite sandals for both looks and comfort have been ECCO's -- but this one falls far short. The biggest problem is that the two straps fall ABOVE the widest area of the foot (I am a pretty standard medium width, size 10), making the foot appear bulging and big. Returning.
