After reading a few reviews from folks with plantar fasciitis I decided to give these a shot. I can't wear most flats because I have PF and nearly all flats I've tried have sub-par arch support. I was hesitant to buy these because I'm not a huge fan of suede but it works with this style. I'm a 6.5-7 and the 6.5 fit fine, a little snug at first but they do stretch some with wear. (However, if you have any issues with your big toe, this shoe might bother you because as some have mentioned, it does put some pressure right there, especially at first.) The strap is short, as others have noted. I have to leave a lot of the velcro exposed so as not to have it too tight over the top of my foot. They're comfortable but after about a week of wearing them, pain in my feet has returned. These definitely have more arch support than most flats but still not quite enough. (It looks like you can remove the insole and replace it but I haven't attempted yet because I don't want to wreck them. I've just added a small adhesive arch support.) Overall, they're very cute and feminine but not great if you need a lot of arch support or do a a lot of walking.

Ordered these in my regular size and only my left foot was comfortable, so I ordered the next 1/2 size up. These are so flattering. But alas, my search has ended for cute and comfortable dress shoes that don't look like Grandma's support shoes. In the larger size, my foot didn't sit secure in the footbed so the arch support was not in the proper place.....good bye, cute shoes of my youth. I did, however, find two earth brand shoes that I kept, one pair of dressier sandals and a pair of casual earth origins.

These shoes are so cute. And comfortable....on my LEFT foot only. The shoe cuts into my foot at the base of my big toe. So, I am going to try to order the next size up.

Cute shoe! Almost kept them but decided wasn't quite the right fit for me. As other mentioned, one of the straps was longer than the other and the velcro didn't cover enough area to make it more adjustable.

These fit beautifully. They are extremely comfortable to walk in. I like the arch support under my high arches, and the position of the strap is perfect for my high instep. The heel is just snug enough on my narrow heel. I wish the toe box was a little more rounded and not so square and wide, but they are still very attractive. I would have preferred smooth leather.

I was hoping these would be the perfect casual work flats. I have plantar fasciitis in one foot and these didn't make it through a day of fairly minimal walking without causing pain in that arch. There is moderate arch support - not great - and it seems it's too far to the back of my foot. The front of my arch felt pretty much unsupported. I wear 8.5 to 9 and bought a 9M. I like the style but hadn't noticed they were suede - not a big fan. I like to wear liner socks and they will show through on the cutouts at the back. So I wore them without socks and the inside didn't feel all that great without socks. They felt fine walking around my apartment, so I wore them to work. Now that they've been worn I'm stuck with them. Disappointing, as they're fairly expensive shoes to be spending most of their time in my closet.

These are adorable and comfortable and I wish I could keep them! They squeak when I walk and i work in a quiet office so unfortunately, that's a no-go for me. Sad to return them.

I just got them and they feel very comfortable, but they are too wide for my narrow feet. I sometimes can wear medium width shoes but not this time. There is plenty of room in the toe area. I have big toes so that is something I am always looking for. They look so pretty too. I am very sorry they don't come in narrow width. So sad to have to return them :(

I really wanted these shoes to work--they seemed perfect for an upcoming trip to Washington, DC that would involve lots of standing and walking. They are beautiful and seem well-made with plenty of cushioning. Unfortunately, I could not adjust the ankle straps so that they didn't flop around on my ankles.

These shoes are beautiful and I really want them to work, but the arch is too high and hard, and just not compatible with my foot. It was like walking around with rocks under my arches. Sending them back.

These are cute and comfy (so far). I’m still not sure if it has enough arch support for me. The toe box is roomy and has enough depth to it for my toes. The insole is NOT removable, so if you need to use these with your own orthotics it probably won’t work for you.

Cute Cute shoes ! Toe box is perfect, arch is a bit high for me as I don't have much of one. The ankle straps are too big with no wayto make them any smaller. Would be perfect and very comfortable otherwise

These are adorable and I can't wait to wear them to work tomorrow. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that I'm not used to flats with arch support and they felt odd. However my podiatrist advised that I need better support so I'm giving it a shot. Overall good fit and comfortable around the house.

I loved these when I took them out of the box. They felt good for about 15 minutes and then I noticed the top part that goes over the toes was starting to cut into my foot. They are super cute and I would have loved to have kept them. I don't think the shoe was the problem as much as my feet were the issue since they are just a tad wide and thick for some of the medium widths, especially the Mary Jane styled shoes. Although, the width on these was good - just my thick feet was probably the issue. Perhaps if the toe box was higher and roomier these would have been keepers.

they are beautiful (taupe) and comfortable except on my bunion which isn't the shoe's fault! But I want everyone to know that this is not an old school Earth shoe that has the toes higher than the heels and I was very disappointed. I wanted a true Earth shoe. this is made of beautiful material and does seem comfy but....is it worth $160?

So, so cute! The fit was just a little off and for the price they needed to be perfect.

The ankle strap on these barely reached the velcro if I strapped it comfortably. Not recommended for those with high arches. Comfortable footbed.

Color is so pretty. They bother me a bit across the top of my toes but not horrible. Definitely keepers

These are really cute shoes but I have wide feet and didn't fit very well despite other people's reviews. My foot still looks like it was spilling over so I'm returning them but they are super cute

These are just ok. They look cute but don't plan to walk anywhere as these have zero arch support. Also the sole on the heel stops short so part of the suede is not getting dirty.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They are very pretty shoes and the Soft Buck color was very nice. They have a soft suede feel. Unfortunately the insert of the shoe is hard plastic covered by a thin layer of cushion. The insert is detached on the inside arch of the shoe so when I step and put weight on the shoe I can feel the tough edge of the plastic insert causing a distinct uncomfortable rub.

My feet are narrow, but not narrow enough to buy true narrow width. That's why I am looking for Mary Jane style - to help flats or pumps stay on my feet. Well, these were a little too wide anyway. In red, I thought they looked a little clownish on more narrow feet. I love Earth brand though, and went with a different pair.

I guess I have cankles. I wear a size 11 and am a plus size person and the ankle strap just barely Velcros. These are moderately comfortable but underwhelming in style. Since they are only for work I will probably keep them but they are not really worth the price tag.

I really like the look of this shoe, however, it was not wide enough in the toe box to fit my abnormal foot.

Fit wasn’t right for me. They run a bit short for 11 which was ok for me. They fit pretty wide and my feet are on the narrow side. The strap did not adjust tightly enough around my ankle. It was loose and looked silly. Between that gap and the gaps on the side of the shoe I had to return it.
