Nice shoe, but runs very small. I usually take a 7M, sometimes a 7W, but in this shoe I needed a 7.5W.

Super cute shoes. Very comfortable. They do run a tad bit small. My toes go all the way up to the end, maybe a half size bigger would have been better, but they will probably stretch out a little and I have no problems walking around in these. Love them!

Very comfortable and well made. Really cute, and I get compliments all the time. Great for walking. They seem to run a little short, so you may want to order up 1/2 size. Width is perfect for me.

The shoe was so tight across the top of the foot that I sent these back. I was going to try a half size larger and a wide rather than medium, but there are no more in stock. Hopefully they will get more in soon. It's a really cute shoe - just size up.

I wear these to work because they are sturdy but I feel they look older than my age (mid 30’s). Order them if you’re looking for comfort over fashion.

I like theses shoes but I think the size must be off. Last summer I ordered a 5.5 and they were too tight so this year I ordered a 6 and they are way too big so I ordered a 5.5 and they are still big. I am going to try a 5 and see what happens

I have bought a similar type Clarks walking shoe for the past several years and always struggle to find the right size. These run small, so order at least a half-size larger. Once you find the right size, you will LIVE in these shoes. So comfy and better support than flip flops!

Ordered an 8 wide, but this style was too tight across the toe box, and had no gusset to allow for some adjustability. I liked the style very much, but would have needed a WW in this shoe, if offered. I have the best luck with Clark's Artisan styles. I appreciate Zappos for making it possible to try different shoes and find the ones that fit the best.

The length is right but it still feels tighter than the older style. I had to return it.

I purchased half size bigger based on the review which turns out to be a mistake as it is too long for me. I am going to return 6.5 and get 6 instead. Will update the review as needed.

I usually wear a 5.5W, so after reading the reviews I ordered both a 6W and 6.5W. Unfortunately both ended up going back to Zappos. The sizing is definitely off. The 6.5W was large enough my heels would keep popping out, and the 6W was small enough my toes felt smashed in front. The shoe is well made, cute, and comfortable assuming it fits your foot.

?????? the style of this shoe! Felt like it would be comfortable, but it was slipping off my heel. I took the advice of others and ordered 1/2 size up, but I think it was too big. I got the nubuck option and it wasn’t tight at all across toes as others had mentioned. I’m returning for my usual size, hoping they will work!

Very comfortable, and loved the styling for jeans. I have a high instep and as is the case with 90% of the flats I try, it was too tight across the top of my foot. I had to return them. True to width and length (I wear 7W). The width was fine, just the height of the top of the opening was too shallow for my high instep.

I really wanted these shoes to fit. They felt about a half size too small. Zappos customer service was so very easy to work with me on an exchange for a different shoe and still honored my discount code.

These run really short, IMO. I got the wide size, and the width seemed about right. I get lots of compliments on the style, but by the end of the day, my toes feel cramped and sore. I should have returned them for a larger pair.

This shoe styling is really cute and I was really hoping these would fit. I am disappointed that they didn't work out. They feel a half size smaller, my toes hit the tip of the shoe, and they are so wide, the sides gape open, so I will be returning this pair.

This is the most comfortable pair of shoes I own, and I have probably about 30 pairs of flats. As a daily commuter to Manhattan, there is quite a bit of walking and stair climbing. This is on a par with my Nikes, except prettier. If worn without liners, the shoe will produce blisters on the back heel. Though I hate liners, I find the are necessary for this shoe.

Comfortable shoes that run quite small, as noted in other reviews. I can often wear a 6W in Clarks, but ended up buying a 7W. The front of the shoes looks stretchy because of the decorative elastic across the toes, but the shoes actually have very little give across the top of the foot. However, they did stretch slightly, enough to give me the extra room I needed. They are slightly loose in the heel, but that is often the case for me. I would have appreciated a bit more arch support. All in all, a cute shoe for casual use.

These have been my favorite ballerina shoes - I wore the previous model from Clarks for over 5 years. Was really surprised when these felt narrower and shorter than the ones I've had in the same size. I guess that extra rubber lining on the outside provides a more snug fit to the shoes.

This shoe is even cuter on than in the picture. Very comfortable- no breaking in needed. But...as stated in other reviews, it runs small. I normally wear an 8.5 double A. I ordered a size 9 B and it fits fine.

Every part of this shoe is comfortable except for the top edge digs into the foot. I ordered this in my usual size 9 Wide and it was too tight. I wish it had fit.

The shoe is very cute but, as other reviewers have noted, seemed a little short out of the box. I think a half size larger would be floppy on my feet, so I decided to keep them and they did break in pretty nicely after wearing for a bit. It's nice to have a slip in shoe that's comfortable for walking
