Runs large -- didn't fit my kids' feet well.

I like the colors of these crocs but the front toe design is kinda weird. There are also a lot of holes in these. We will keep these but I probably won't buy this style again.

This product was a replacement for a pair that broke just after being purchased. Everything is fine so far! Shipping was a little longer than expected.

My 20 month old son loves his original Crocs, so we bought the Swiftwater in the same size so he could have 2 pairs to rotate and especially take this one to the river. Although they are listed as "roomy" just like his original Crocs, he can't fit his chubby little feet into them! I wish they advertised this on the website so we hadn't wasted our time. Looking forward to finding another Croc model that fits, though!

One shoe is bent out of shape like a heavy box might have been stored on it. The strap and shoe is warped. The other shoe is great. You are out of my size so I guess I will have to keep and try to wear. I probably will not order anymore on-line and just depend on in store purchases where I can see and try on the product.

Cute shoes, but they don't fit! I purchased these because they are "roomy" but these shoes are much tighter than the other "roomy" Crocs we have. As it is, the difference in width make these unwearable for my son and they will be returned.

Strap broke after one wear and I have yet to hear back from customer service. I always buy crocs for my kids to wear in the summer and never had a problem until this pair. Also, extremely slow shipping. If you need them by a certain date like we did, buy in store not online. 5-7 days really means 12+ days. Lesson learned.

After 3 year old would complain when wore the shoes, more closely inspected them and they were different sizes - bottom on both said size 10. Reached out to customer service via email and they never responded (just the automated response that they would respond within 48 hours). Poor quality control and poor customer service from crocs.

The finish was bad the were plastic bits in the openings. It didn't look authentic!

Using the crocs sizing chart, I ordered based on the information provided on the website. It was not accurate. Too big. There's very little style to these anyway. I would not recommend.

I ordered these clogs for my son, who has normal width feet. They are much too wide. It was not clear that these clogs were extra wide. The information that they were "roomy fit" was very hidden or displayed in a very small print. Now we are stuck with these or return them for 7.50 shipping. Returning shoes that you bought online, when size information is so unclear should be free. Otherwise I will not order form that site again.\Moreover the rating scale for this review is not even clear. The end poles are not labelled. I assume "1" is poor and "5" is very good. Not what one would expect from such a successful company like crocs.
