You must go down a half size or you will be swimming in the shoe! Trust me if you don't you'll be hitting yourself in the head wondering why you didn't take my word for it. I bought two pair and both were too big. Half size down fits perfect. Went to the mall to even double check. The shoe rep said that the way these shoes are made too, will stretch over time. Go a half size down.

I love my Toms and I wear them to the point where when the new ones arrive, the old ones get tossed. These do not disappoint! 100% true to size. Love Zappo's VIP one day delivery. I ordered my new Toms Friday night, and they were on my doorstep Monday afternoon. Thank you Zappos for your wonderful customer service! I bought the blue chambray dot Palmera's and I just love them. I love the slip on style; I take my shoes off upon entering anyone's home, including my own, and these make it easy! So comfortable and light weight. And these actually feel like they have a little cushion under your foot, which I haven't experienced with the other Tom styles. One for one. Love supporting a business that gives back. So happy! Will be putting a lot of mileage on these shoes...starting tomorrow.

These shoes are cute and fairly comfy, but pretty flimsy... didn't hold up very long. The white color also got dirty really fast and couldn't get the color back after washing.

I love these. I was hesitant to purchase because of how flat they are, but they are surprisingly comfortable and have plenty of cushion for quick errands or working most of the day in an office.

Great looking shoe! However it does run slightly larger that most Tom's slip ons. I'm ordering a half size smaller.

Not my favorite shoe. Should have returned before I wore them all over the place. Light like most Toms but sort of goes too high on my foot so doesn't feel breathable. Honestly maybe I should have sized up. I have pretty average feet and size 7 usually, though, so didn't think it would be an issue. Cute flower design.

Sizing strange; one shoe tight, the other loose, with toe box of one too narrow. Poor quality shoe for price.

Liked the color combo, it is as pictured. However, the shoe felt very long, and I didn't like the fake shoe lace holes either. I would prefer actual holes. it was not very comfortable either due to lack of support, but could work for short walks or errands. I sent it back.

I gave these to my granddaughter for her birthday She loved them and immediately tried them on. They were perfect. She is a teacher and is taking students to Europe this summer. The shoes will be getting a lot of wear.

As much as I love the looks of Toms and what they stand for, these shoes were so uncomfortable. There is absolutely no arch support, the toe box is cramped and too narrow and they were painful just to try on. Save your money and get a pair of shoes that actually support your feet.
