My partner found them very comfortable except for them feeling very tight on top of his feet.

I needed a slip on shoe that was slightly dressy. I usually wear western boots, but because I'm having back surg, I needed something I could easily slip into. Shoe feels great, am looking forward to wearing it.

Shoe looks good and fit is no problem however there isn't much support/cushion to the shoe. I'm a big guy 6'5 275lbs with a bad knee so need a bit more cushion. I think an average build would have no problems so I can't dog the shoe too much, especially at the price. Returned item.

Liked the style of these shoes but had to send them back, order a 2E but were still too tight. Unforturely they don't come in a wider size.

Way to narrow for a EE wide width

The product is nice and comfortable but I needed a much wider size. Sorry.

The shoe looks great, but even though I ordered the 2E, it still seemed to run quite tight.

Much more comfortable than your average dress shoe!

Good night with them because they were too narrow and too short.

Comfort level was fine but the bottoms were too slippery.

These run about a half size larger and the soles are all rubber and little grip resulting in a slippery feel.

Bottom was terribly slick, style was a bit awkward where the pants hit

I got them as part of my dress suit wear, which I only use rarely on special occasions. They’re not that comfortable for walking around much, but for a wedding, funeral, or special occasion, they’ll do.

My husband was on the hunt for a nice looking, super comfy slip on shoe - he's too lazy to tie them and he runs flights of stairs through the building on IT missions a lot. We had high hopes for this shoe as it is from clarks, but the sole was so cheap looking/feeling we didn't keep it. He's very hard on his clothing and I can't imagine the sole would have lasted a year. If you are the type of person that isn't an absolute destroyer of clothing and footwear this shoe does look very nice and (according to him) is very comfortable.

The Clark Escalade shoes I bought ten years ago were of much higher quality. These were nice but seemed more like shoes you would buy in a discount department store.

Nice shoes otherwise, but had to return because the sole material is very slippery on smooth surfaces. Shoes that are dangerous to walk around in are a deal-breaker.

Do not last! After 2 1/2 months of use for work the soles of the shoes are splitting vertically at the ball of the foot. To expensive for such a poorly made shoe.

The fit comments do not apply because I didn't even try them on but Zappos won't let you review without choosing something. The shoe was very cheaply made. Where the leather upper met the sole on the outside edge of the shoe was missing leather and a ditch and a whole was open. Certainly the shoe begin to fall apart and my foot would get wet even now while brand new. Very disappointing of Clark`s!

I’ve been wearing the Clark’s Escalade shoes for many years but this was my first pair purchased from Zappos. Unfortunately, the bottom of the right shoe started coming apart after wearing them for about three months. My previous pair lasted me a whole year and I only replaced those because they started to look old. Not sure if the shoe quality has degraded or if it was just a bad pair.
