I have waited for this product for years. Standard orthotics were too bulky to fit into any shoes that weren't ugly. Finally I have the support that lets me put them into shoes for parties, my daughter's wedding, and even casual summer shoes. If these had been available, I wouldn't have spent hundreds of dollars on those stupid inserts from Dr. Scholls and generic gel inserts from every manufacturer in China. Praise be!

At first just trying these on with my foot on the ground I didn't have much hope. However, after adding them into a pair of 2" heels I love them! They barely take up any room so there is no need to have shoes with a removable insole. Once in place I found my shoes much more comfortable. I was amazed at how well the work to keep my arches and heels in place. I'll get these for as many small heels as I can. Another positive point is that they are made form a harder material so they should not absorb foot odors. They are also pretty easy to remove and come with extra adhesive dots.

I have plantar fasciitis and have not been able to wear heels, even kitten heels for so long. These allow me to wear heels again, and in fact, kitten heels are my most comfortable shoes now, thanks to these! I highly recommend them.

Cool product! I wear custom orthotics and have always had challenges finding shoes I can wear with the orthotics. The Aetrex Lynco Fashion Orthotics are a nice substitute. I have worn them in shoes with a short block heal and in shoes with no heal. These worked well in both. I will still wear my custom orthotics for athletic activity, but for a quiet day in the office, these fit the bill.

These are excellent! They do not add bulk and work well in any style shoe.

I already have one pair and bought another. I have really high arches and these have good support. I love how minimal they are. The leather is really nice too. And they stay in place if you don't move them from shoe to shoe. But even then (because I have moved them), they're easily adjusted to the right position and they don't move all around when you walk (unlike other arch cushions I have).

These are amazing! I've only used them in booties so far but I never imagined I would find a support that would work so well in heels. I can feel the difference immediately!

I wear a size 8 1/2 in dress flats. I purchased the the size 8 and the size 9 to compare. For me, the size 8 fit the best, felt the most secure, hit my arch in the correct place and kept my feet from pronating. The leather lining is comfortable.

These orthotics are awesome. So thin that they fit is most shoes. Highly recommend!

I have been looking for orthodic inserts that are slim enough to put into most shoes - and these are it! I have a bunion and some form of plantar fasciitis and walked around at a convention for 4 days with these in my shoes and my feet had no pain or strain at the end of each day. Big thumbs up!
