Wonderful truly opaque tights with a superb fit and feel. They are snug yet so comfortable and cozy by far the best opaque tights in the market.

Like the others say, it's really thick and supportive. If this style is what you need, it works well! Fit was comfortable.

It wore these with a short wool skirt. I felt very comfortable wearing the skirt and looked trendy . My legs are heavier but I got the support I was looking for . The fabric is heavy so I would not wear them with a real light weight fabric . Great for current tunic style tops . They definitely have the feel of a support stocking so be sure this is the support you are looking for, otherwise don't go for the total black out go for the ones that are a little more sheer. I really like them and they are perfect for winter!

I should have given more attention to the low review on these blackout tights. They don't fit correctly around the ankles, no matter how much I pulled at them. Also it took about 10 minutes to get them on and once on, very uncomfortable. I also bought tights and they work very well, just opaque as opposed to black out. I am keepng those.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
I bought these tights after looking at a bunch of different brands and styles. My criteria was completely opaque, preferably matte black, shape wear inspired tights, that weren't crazy expensive. I thought this pair checked all of those boxes, but I'm sad to say I'm most likely sending them back. For starters, the shaping aspect is almost non-existent,which surprised me since Spanx is known for its shape wear. They are not matte, but gave a slight sheen, they are not completely opaque- especially when my knees are bent, and the panty part is sheer and that sheerness goes part way down my thighs, so when I cross my legs, you can see where the sheer part and matte part meet! But, the deal breaker for me was that the ankles are extremely baggy, the toe seam is uncomfortable and when I put shoes on- The Coach Goldie Mary Janes- the extra fabric bunched up and is noticeable- it looks sloppy for an office environment. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed!

These are not as expected! These tights have marks on them, like wavy patterns that will not go away after washing. The waistband does cut in to my waist. Spanx are not what they used to be. I am very disappointed!
